We sincerely apologize that you were not satisfied with your experience here at Germain BMW of Naples. As you can see by the many reviews it is unusual for us to have a dissatisfied customer. Per your request, due to your location we did work with your father on the pricing of the vehicle you desired. We agreed to a selling price, the price for your trade and agreed there would still be tax, tags, title and dealer service fees. After your arrival while completing the paperwork, our salesman entered your trade as just that a trade, it wasn’t until you arrived into our finance department that it was caught that your vehicle was a leased vehicle and this did cause the amount of your tax liability to be change. We do apologize for this error but as we explained in the dealership the initial agreement did not change per this error. Had our salesperson entered the vehicle as a lease to begin with your tax liability would be the same as our finance department corrected it to.
