Kevin was very helpfull and friendly. I received a fair trade in price for my used Mazda RX8. The used BMW was cleaned and minor problems fixed right away. Germain has serviced our prior BMW for many years. We had trouble turning the ignition Key. This was caused by the strength in my hands. The service dept. tried to fix this, but they could not do anything. T trouble turning the ignition Key. This was caused by the strength in my hands. The service dept. tried to fix this, but they could not do anything. They suggested we visit the prior owned car area and look for a newer model that would have a push button ignition. That is where we met Kevin. After explaining our problem he showed us a number o different cars. He was very thorough in his explanation, never in a hurry. We were confident in him and decided on the car we selected. After determining the the cost, he took us through the paper work. That was easy and the man in the finance dep. helped us through that, when Kevin had the car delivered that day it was sparkling clean with our license plate front and back in place. He went over al the functions of the car, explaining each to my satisfaction. He also explained the remaining warranty. We bought this car first because of the good service from the Service Dept. and also because Kevin did such a good job in helping us to reach our decision. I live in Palm Beach county, so I had my father who lives nearby go in and evaluate a vehicle found on autotrader.com for me. He let the manager know I would be trading in a lease car and was referred to a nearby go in and evaluate a vehicle found on autotrader.com for me. He let the manager know I would be trading in a lease car and was referred to a salesman to continue the deal. A sales price was agreed upon and a signed purchase order was sent to my bank. After driving 150 miles with my wife and toddler I arrived with a bank draft in hand to finish the deal. I was immediately low balled on my trade $800 from what carmax had appraised my vehicle for. I reluctantly agreed to come out of pocket on that to make up the difference. Every car I've traded in the past, I have been told by the dealership to go to carmax first and they would match the trade appraisal, as if it were the gold standard. After another hour, just before meeting with the finance department, I was informed that they had incorrectly calculated the sales tax and I was to pay another $800 dollars. The only excuse I was given was that it was "The computers fault." One would think that after the manager and salesman knew a customer was driving in from over 2 hours away the numbers would have been verified. Not the case. After nobody (manager included) accepted any responsibility for the error, we made the 3 hour drive home without our new vehicle, leaving a truly horrible experience behind us. To say I am extremely disappointed with the way this was handled would be an understatement. More

Our overrall experience was great until the financing. We were already approved for the loan thru our credit union but we were told BMW Financial could do better. Part of doing business with BMW Financial wa were already approved for the loan thru our credit union but we were told BMW Financial could do better. Part of doing business with BMW Financial was they would pay the first $500 er month of our payment for the first 3 months equaling $1,500. We received a call 1 week later after signing the contract with that stipulation in it that, that promotion had expired and we needed to come in and sign a new contract as we would not be receiving that promotion. We refuse to come in and sign a new contract. If BMW Financial is not going to honor it then Germain BMW should as they are the ones who led us to believe we would receive that deal and even signed the contract as such! Our survey is still good because I don't believe this one person who gave us bad information should be a reflection with the rest of the staff! More
