I hate dealing with car salespersons and had just come from another car dealership where I had been subjected to an aggressive, high pressure sales technique which is so typical in the car industry. Sam Rusinik was extremely helpful....even picking me up at the airport and driving me to the Naples showroom (from FOrt Meyers). I was very appreciative. After experiencing just a terrible car purchasing experience with our local BMW Dealer in Fort Myers, FL three years ago, we ventured south to Naples, FL and Germain BMW. Our lease of a X5 Diesel wa experience with our local BMW Dealer in Fort Myers, FL three years ago, we ventured south to Naples, FL and Germain BMW. Our lease of a X5 Diesel was pleasant, fair with great service! Jim McGinn stayed with us for the entire process, spent two hours educating us on the vehicle technology, even called our agent and removed the old car and added the new. In addition he called Sirius and transferred our radio service to the new car, programmed all the memory settings, we drove off with absolutely nothing left to do but drive. As a result, when the lease came up again, we headed straight to Jim and Germain. We really had no idea what car we wanted this time other than another BMW - Jim set up test drives on all the cars we wanted to try. My wife fell in love with the GT 550, the new hatchback based on the 7 series chassis with a sweet V8 twin turbo engine. The dealership recognized us as a repeat customer and made us an offer we couldn't refuse! Once again, Jim was there for us from start to finish! Just to drive home the point - Jim is the first car sales person that we have felt so good about that we insisted he attend our Christmas Party, we consider him a friend and a welcomed member to our Trusted Advisors that we count on. As icing on the cake, the General Manager joined us during the car delivery asking us if there was anything he could do to improve on our purchasing experience....our answer was a hardy "no" and we thanked him for putting the joy back into the car purchase experience. We have another BMW coming off lease in two years - we'll once again drive south to Germain BMW where we will shake hands with a true professional and pick out another ultimate driving machine!! Just a word of advice, you might want to arrange to lease or buy your BMW in the month of December, the deals during their holiday event cannot be beat. Leases on similar Audi's, Mercedes and Porsche are a third to double the BMW leases for similar priced cars, a tribute to their certification program that drives high residual values on their leases.
