Item no.1: When I purchased the vehicle on 28 July 2012 the the paperwork and the internet description indicated that the odometer reading was 12 miles, but on 03 August 2012, when I arrived to get the veh the the paperwork and the internet description indicated that the odometer reading was 12 miles, but on 03 August 2012, when I arrived to get the vehicle the odometer reading was 149 miles. I asked Mr. McGinn about this , but he did not have an answer and I did not pursue it. Item no.2: I was over charged $336.63 in sales taxes. I found this out by going to the Probate Office in Alabama. But when it came time to remit the sales taxes to the state of FL. and AL. the dealer sent the correct amount to both states. The Alabama Probate office gave me the check stub that it received and the DR-123 sent to the state of FL. The dealer refunded the $336.63 in sales taxes after I brought it to their attention. Item no.3: Hidden charges/fees not told about. On my contract I paid the dealer $130.00 for Electronic Registration Filing Fee and $699.50 for Documentation Fees. I also paid the dealer $450.00 Estimated Tag Fee. The contract states that I would receive a refund check for the unused balance of the $450.00. I am a retired United States Air Force Veteran and I receive discounts on my tags. To transfer my tag from my truck to this vehicle and to register it was $1.25 and the title was $18.00 for a total of $19.25. The dealer sent a check for $19.25 to the Alabama Probate office. I thought that I would received a total refund of $430.75 back from the $450.00, but there was a hidden charge ($85.13) taken out also. I was told by Ms. Denise Sovko via email on the 23 August 2012, that this $85.13 was for the out of state title agency to process and deliver my paperwork to the state of Alabama. Ms. Sovko also stated in her email that this $85.13 was the exact cost incurred by the dealership for their time and work. There is nothing in this contract that states anything about out of state costs/fees. More

Bought my car on a Friday and Saturday the check engine light came on and the dealership is not willing to fix the issue for no charge as I bought the vehicle "as is". My issue is that I drove it home and light came on and the dealership is not willing to fix the issue for no charge as I bought the vehicle "as is". My issue is that I drove it home and when I started it Saturday the light came on. That should still be the dealership's issue and I would think an act of good faith would have taken place but they are informing me that they will discount the work of $875.00. This is what gives car salesmen and service departments a bad reputation. More

This has been the best car buying experience of my life. I was treated with courtesy and respect and made to feel valued. I was shown what cars were available, what options were available and given explanations of the differences and benefits of each. I made at least three trips to the dealership prior to making my decision and, invariably, had all my questions answered in detail. On delivery, Steve Williams took all the time necessary to ensure that I had a good working knowledge of how to use the technology included in the vehicle. He also was very patient explaining these features to my techno-phobic husband. Going above and beyond, Steve even offered to come to my home to program the garage door opener for me. All purchasing options were explained to me in a clear and concise manner. More
