Rick Camp did a great job of explaining all the vehicles and their differences. He was very knowledgable and gave us pricing quickly. The dealership and delivery went extremely smooth, and attention to details was great. Rick was available to answer all questions and did a good job of orientation to my wife and I as to the amenities and how to access many items in the car. We did ask for an abbreviated delivery, so that we can drive the car for a couple of weeks and then return to get more instructiuons as to IF we had any troubles with the car and/or further explanation on several items including the navigation systems. Both Chris and Jason were a pleasure to work with, listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make it happened. We always have an incredible experience each time we come...for service and sales they go above and beyond to accommodate all our needs...the entire staff from the sales dept to the service dept all work together to make sure that you are taken care of in the best way possible. We have recently leased a new BMW 328i convertible (as our 2010 lease was coming to an end), and we had Larry Brewer help us with most of the transaction. He was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, patient, kind and thorough...we were very pleased with his excellent service. Chris Tuttle was also extremely instrumental in helping to make leasing our car an amazing and easy experience. He is incredibly generous and we can't say enough about what a difference he has made for us each time we need anything BMW. We refer to Chris as the "car God", as he makes things happen in a very effortless way..."Ask and you shall receive". We would also like to mention Victor Meola, as he has been consistently incredible and takes care of us making sure each time we need anything service related, we are completely without stress. I feel like a princess each time I bring my car in, may need a loaner or a drive somewhere, or need anything else that may come up with regard to servicing my BMW. We are thrilled to have the staff at Germain BMW to depend on and feel very blessed to continue to have this very exceptional BMW experience. Bravo!
