Germain BMW of Naples

Larry Oblinger lied about what they could sell my 2008 BMW 135i for and stated it could NOT be sold as Certified Pre-Owned. To my surprise, 4 days after the trade it was advertised on internet for them t BMW 135i for and stated it could NOT be sold as Certified Pre-Owned. To my surprise, 4 days after the trade it was advertised on internet for them to sell for $6,000 more than what they said they could and with the Certified Pre-Owned seal. I went into the dealership to inform Larry and Syed Madni of my findings and frustrations. I told them that I felt that they had lied to me and felt taken advantage of. They offered me an additional $1,000 for the trade. I will not be recommending BMW Naples to anyone. More

Than I was introduced to Jason my Saleman who was patient and incredibly helpful and moved my transaction along in a timely way so that I could complete the process and get to my Pilates Class on time. My transaction was completed by Gary whom was again respectful and very thorough. I will definately recommend this dealership in the future. More

Gregory, and everyone else at Germain BMW were responsible for one of the best car purchase experiences I ever had. What's more, I purchased a very used, six year old car with almost 50K miles. responsible for one of the best car purchase experiences I ever had. What's more, I purchased a very used, six year old car with almost 50K miles. There were other used cars on the lot that were selling for four times what I paid for my car. So, this was not a significant sale for Gregory and this dealership. I was treated as if I purchased a new 740Li for $150,000. There were some repairs required after the vehicle was delivered to me. But, I was handled, as a priority, and with a very pleasurable attitude by the service personnel. The sale price was average. The financing deal was mediocre at best. So, no real bargains. Yet, the customer service was so superlative that the purchase price cannot be beat. I challenge anyone to buy a car privately, or from Car Max or anywhere else and obtain a value as good as mine. Yes, I love BMW's. My first one was a new 1995 318i. Service anywhere is good. They are BMW's! One thing is for sure. When I finally do retire to Naples, and I need a new BMW, my only option is Germain. They were truely that good. And a BMW is a BMW. A BMW from Germain is a special purchase. More

We have always been impressed with the BMW dealership. We love our SUV and had no question about getting into a new BMW when the lease was up. Mike Brin was wonderful.
