It was time to replace my 2009 SUV and I had narrowed down the choice for a new one to the Lexus RX359, the Cadillac SRX and the BMW X 3. When I stopped at Germain BMW in Naples, Fl, Larry Brewer of there sales team stepped forward and introduced himself and asked if there was any particular BMW model I was interested. To make a long story short, I showed him the info I had obtained fro BMW's web site, including modal, equipment and colors. Larry checked their inventory and found they did not have the vehicle I was looking for, but he offered to see if he could find one. He called me later that day to tell me he found a car with the exact specifications I wanted. I had been looking around for a while, including out of state for a 2008/2009 M3 convertible and found the one Germain had for sale. Daron was helpful throughout the entire sales process, and worked with m state for a 2008/2009 M3 convertible and found the one Germain had for sale. Daron and Steve both really emphasized the condition and quality of the cars sold at Germain BMW, and the excellent condition of this vehicle. I am located in SE Florida in the West Palm area, and so was very reliant on having ALL the details of the car, and condition provided in a true manner, so as to not find any surprises when traveling the 3 hours to the dealership! ..Having had a bad experience before with another BMW dealer in Miami, this was very important. When I arrived at the dealership to pickup the car and complete the purchase, I found the condition of the car was just as they had described, well looked after and ex condition by the 1 owner. I did have a bit of an issue with the anti-theft system on the car, that they have been extremely helpful in working to resolve. Some car sales people and dealers will literally ignore you once you drive away. NOT at Germain BMW. Steve and Daron value their customers and I would highly recommend dealing with them for a new or used car. Ken also worked to arrange financing, with all the paperwork ready once I arrived. Overall I my experience with Germain BMW has been great. A great dealership selling high quality vehicles, with professional staff that seem to value their customers. Well worth the 3 hours drive each way! More

We are on our third lease of pair of BMWs. We started our first in Washington, DC, and added a second car when we joined with Germain. The experience has gotten better and better. Procedures and service I felt could not be better but somehow it moved up yet another notch this time. Jason and Neal had all the answers, a fine selection of cars. We had a step up in BMW machine with virtually the same cost. We spent less than 4 hours of our personal time for the entire procedure from rolling in, to driving home with a new car. Every item that came up, from needing an insurance card that was in my wallet at home, to being 5 months early on our lease end was resolved in our favor. Everyone at the dealer including staff whose name I never learned treated us like family. I will recommend Germain to everyone I know and will be a Bemmer driver for life. Months ago I asked Jim McGinn to find a peviously owned 6 series convertible. Jim explained that it's rare for that model to become available as a pre-owned but he agreed to try. As months passed, we stayed in touch by phone and one brief visit at the dealership when I was in Naples. Happily, we recieved a call from Jim advising he found a great car that met my preferences. He e-mailed photos immediately, I loved it , we negotiated the entire deal via phone and I agreed to the purchase. The transaction was completed and my wife was able to travel to Naples to return our BMW we traded and drive our new 2010 conertible to our Naples condo. Jim had given me his word he would work to get this done and he did just that. He stood by his word and we are thrilled. John Schuerholz More
