After over one year of looking for my "perfect car", and not finding it anywhere close to my area, I found Germain BMW, Naples, online. My first contact was with Ron King over the phone, who was most honest, knowledgeable, and informative. As they did not have anything I was looking for at that time, he took all of the information I was looking for, from color, down to all the bells and whistles I wanted. Ron called me a few days later to inform me that they had a car with everything I wanted. After I expressed interest, he referred me to Kevin Browne, sales advisor. Kevin called me, and immediately, I thought he was honest and true to his word. We were able to partially negotiate, as I had not seen the car yet. Upon arrival at the dealership, Ron was there to meet us. He then introduced us to Kevin, who was most kind and a gentleman; Irish, of course! Kevin spent hours with us explaining all details and showing us how to program everything in the car, as it was overwhelming. Does not get better than that. He also informed us that we could call him anytime if we had questions about certain functions or anything else...which I have done so, and he has been of great help. Ken Burkhart, finance manager, was just as pleasant and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything as we were unsure as how we wanted to pay for said vehicle. The entire experience was the best we have ever had in any BMW Dealership. We highly recommend them! Also, would like to recognize the Receptionist/Greeter, as she was so kind. As it had been a long trip for us on a very rainy day, she gave us delicious Cappuccinos to warm up. Nice detail. Thank you to all for the wonderful experience. And may I say, your dealership is the most beautiful we have ever been to. More

Our purchase with Germaine BMW was an easy and pleasurable one. We began working with Larry Brewer, but we were passed onto Jason Durston when Larry had to leave for an appt. The transition was easy from one salesman to the other, and I felt they communicated well with one another and both of us. Jason went through all the cars functions with us before leaving. All in all, it was an extremely positive experience, and I am sure when we are ready to trade the older BMW, we will not hesitate to go straight back to Germaine. More

Mike was thoroughly professional with excellent knowledge of the full product range. I had no intention of entering into a new lease when my prior lease was ending, but Mike gave me a different perspective a of the full product range. I had no intention of entering into a new lease when my prior lease was ending, but Mike gave me a different perspective and helped me understand the pluses and minuses of my various lese-end options. This discussion led me to decide on a new car, rather than buying out my lease at the residual value. Mike helped very significantly in that decision too and I decided in favor of the 528i over the 535i (my lease return vehicle) due to its better fuel mileage, its lighter handling and the range of colors/options available. The fact that the 5 series now comes with fold down rear seats as standard made my choice much easier, since that is for me an essential feature. More
