When i arrived at the dealer to pick-up the vehicle i was extremely impressed with the service that was provided to team me about the vehicle and go through my financing options. First impressions: Showroom is welcoming, sophisticated yet "low key". My husband and I were welcomed by sales representative, King Bigelow who listened to what we wanted and needed in our new car. Throughout the process King was helpful and explained the features, answered our questions without "over selling". We refined our search down to two vehicles. King then introduced us to the financing manager, Ken Burkhart, who gave us a summary of the extended warranty program and the BMW financing tool. The information was concise and communicated clearly. As it as late in the day, I shared some additional questions I had with King and we planned a return visit the following morning. Next day my husband was unable to attend so I went alone to the dealership. King had the answers to questions waiting for me when I arrived. He spent the time I needed to explain the voice / navigation / radio / Bluetooth features with me. He showed me the video of the "Xzilon" which protects the exterior paint of the vehicle for a reasonable cost. None of the stereotyping of the movies about when a woman goes to the dealership by herself can apply as I was treated with respect as we worked through the purchasing process. Ken had the more detailed numbers ready and we did negotiate to mutually agreeable terms. There was no going back and forth to an "invisible manager" in the proverbial back room. Title and finance documents were quickly prepared and facilitated with electronic signatures, insurance was transferred and it was done! As the vehicle was to be detailed and the Xzilon coverage applied before I took possession, rather than keep me waiting in a dealership for several hours, a luxury "loaner" was provided so I could go about my day. Around 5 pm I picked up the car loaded with a full tank of gas and the surprise gift! (you will have to buy one to find out what it is!!) The final moments of the car buying experience remained impressive: it was pouring rain outside and Bing went to get the car in the rain and pulled it into the covered area so I would not get wet. A small gesture, but that is what makes the whole experience a positive one. I would recommend this dealership to any one looking for a luxury new or used vehicle. Perhaps the greatest compliment I can share is that I would send my mother to shop here! The inventory was of a higher caliber than comparable priced same model vehicles elsewhere. Better looking interiors, less worn leather, seat belts without stains, better tire tread...etc. My "new" used vehicle looks like a new car! I am not one who writes many reviews about my experiences as a consumer, but I did not expect that buying a vehicle was going to be the pleasant experience that it was so I had to share and say "thanks" to King, Ken and the Germain Team. It was indeed a pleasant surprise to be treated by such courteous and professional sales and financial associates at this dealership. Since then, both cars were alwa I have been working with your dealership for over 12 years. In 2001, I purchased 2 BMWs from Germain BMW of Naples. Since then, both cars were always serviced by you and the experiences were always good. When it came time to buy a new car, I returned to your dealership. For almost the entire 12 years, I got to know Rick Camp fairly well. All of my dealings, the original sale and maintenance visits, have always been a friendly experience and I received quality workmanship. Rick did an excellent job in selling our new car. This statement says it better than anything I could prepare. Your staff (sales, service and reception) have always been very helpful and friendly. More
We were greeted nicely at the front desk by a young lady. We have owned 3 other BMWs in the past so asked if our former salesperson was available. He was no longer there so we were quickly given over to Ahmad. He was most gracious and took us directly to cars that fit the description of what we were looking for. He carefully went over all that the car had to offer and let us take it for a test drive. He let us know that we were welcome to drive as many cars as we wished. He was enthusiastic but not pushy. He offered us drinks and a snack while we were checking out the paperwork and quickly arranged for the appraiser to check out our trade-in. We told him we would give it some consideration and get back to him the next day. In the middle of the morning on the next day he called to see if we had any further questions he could answer and immediately came up with some alternatives at a lower cost to us, as we requested.. We went up to the dealership the next day and talked to him about moving up to the next car-the 535. Again, he welcomed us to test drive it and was efficient and gracious in closing the sale for that car. We were very pleased with him and the dealership in general. We look forward to enjoying our new BMW for the next few years. More

Not only was he able to assit me with the purchase of my car, but he also worked hard on my behalf to get the price I wanted on the car I purchased. I did not experience any of the high pressure measures which can be common when purchasing a automobile. More
