It started when I brought my 2007 530xi BMW in for annual CUP and was given a loaner. I was impressed with the newest features. Then my battery went dead, second time on this 2007 car. Looked at new cars to pass the time as service department replaced the battery. Mr. Rick Camp stepped forward to answer any questions that I had. I noticed that the 328i sedan was much larger than 3's I test drove when I bought my 530. Mr. Camp sent me home with literature on the 328. I read all about it and also selected features and finishes that I would prefer. Mr. Camp followed up with phone calls and set an appointment for me to test drive. Again, I liked how the car drove and all the features. Only feature that it did not have was the all wheel drive, "thought not to be needed in SW Florida". Mr Camp answered by e-mail a lot of detailed questions that I had about payment options, trade in value and feature packages. I felt the trade in value offered was too low for the low mileage and excellent condition (compared to prices found on internet) and was able to find a family member that bought it for several thousand more. Mr. Camp and I then agreed upon price. Heads up. The whole process to purchase and finance the car took longer than I expected; I had arrived at 1PM and had an appointment at 5PM, which I could not make on time. Good idea to give a customer an approximate time when setting up the appointment. I had no one to drive me to pick up the new car. Rick kindly delivered it to me, set the garage door opener, showed me how to copy music CD to memory, and various other features. In all, a good experience. More

I was looking for a pre-owned Audi for my wife and worked with Peter Martin. He also was very professional and responsive to my needs bringing the car to me to look at and drive. In fact, the entire deal was wrapped up and my old car was traded in and the Audi in my garage in less than 24 hours. That is excellent service!! More
Steve Hill and Daren Lynn went over and beyond my expectations of purchasing my car. They made all of my dreams come true!!! I was working with two other dealerships that made me feel like I was just expectations of purchasing my car. They made all of my dreams come true!!! I was working with two other dealerships that made me feel like I was just a nobody and Steve and Daren turned this nobody into SOMEBODY!! I would drive 1000 miles to deal with this dealership again. Daren drove my car to me, explained everything in detail, gave me BMW Chocolates not one box but two and I ate them all! and they gave me new footpads and they made my bumper look amazing, it did have a shotty looking license plate on it. Never did I think I would have a car like this, I didn't think I deserved it for some reason and this car is amazing, it has done wonders for my self esteem and men actually look at me in it!!! Originally the other two dealerships were trying to put me in silver models that were like the downplayed version of my car but Steve and Daren put me the most beautiful eyeshadow blue car and that was my first pick but nobody else was willing to deal with me at the other two dealerships on that color. I look at that car out in my driveway and I am just in love with it. I sit in it and I just sigh...I sit in it in the parking lot and sigh....if women were treated like Steven and Daren treated me, there would be no divorces!! They were excellent, the dealership is excellent and I think God that he brought them into my life!!! God knew what he was doing! Michael was wonderful, very pleasent and easy to work with. The best thing we liked is that he did not apply any pressure that sometimes can be a part of the purchasing experiance. I had been searching for a Certified Pre-Owned BMW 128i convertible and Steve Lowry and I were communicating via email. He had sent me photos of cars that had just arrived and when one caught my eye I immediately drove down to look at it. The car was everything that I had wanted (Navigation, Sirius, Front/Rear Back Up Sensors, heated seats, steering wheel...truly loaded with a lot of extras.) AFter driving the car I decided to purchase it and make it mine!! I thought the entire team was friendly and courteous. My only gripe was that I had expected the cars interior to be much cleaner when I arrived to pick it up. The car was left there to be cleaned and detailed and also had to have the front headlights replaced because there was fog in both of the headlights. When I came back there was also a blob of what looked like wax on the interior of the drivers door, by the window controls. I was going to go back in to the dealers but I just wiped it off w my sleeve. There is also a problem with the front sensors and they looked at them and adjusted them, but I have to go back because they look like they were wedged in and do not sit flush with the bumper. They also constantly BEEP!!!! It stinks because when I show my friends my car they all go "Whats wrong w those things popping out of your bumper"??? That doenst look right! Now on a side note I did mention to the dealer on a follow up about the cleanliness of the car and they immediately invited me back to have the car detailed. I emailed them this morning about the sensors but I am going to the BMW closer to my home. I'm trying to be completely honest and point out the good along with the bad with this dealership. More
