When we turned in a recent lease we met Ahmad Suid. We helped us purchase our 8th BMW. Ahmad Suid was attentive and listened to our requirements for a new lease. He quickly helped us narrow our choices to meet our goals, quickly arrived at an agreed price. He and the financial closing assoicate did an admirable job making the closing process simple and painless. Not many people love cars more than myself, and I typically do not look forward to the buying process. I really enjoyed the afternoon. I stopped by the dealership with a service question and saw a used car on display in the "star" location and drove into the used car area first to ask about this particular car (SUV.) Daron Lynn met me at the door and was happy to describe the vehicle and the reason it was displayed in such a prominent spot for passing traffic to see. I have been watching the availability of this model with particular interest in low miles, clean appearance, and a low price, and those three qualifiers eliminate most all similar cars for sale. This car was the exception. It had been detailed by the dealership in fine fashion, it had been cared for well by its one previous owner, and because of its age and perhaps a limited buyer pool, an appealing price appeared in large numerals in the window. Daron highlighted all this information, printed a sales pamphlet for this particular car, and presented the CarFax indicating an excellent service and accident-free history. He accompanied me on a demonstration drive pointing out the lack of shortcomings on this 10-year-old example, and described the efforts of the service department to resolve the only two deficiencies - a faulty tire pressure monitor and the need for four new tires. I created a bit of a stone wall for Daron, placing a buy bid a bit lower than the sales team would prefer, but after three days of working on my behalf, and my willingness to add just $100 to my bottom-line offer, Daron succeeded in selling the car to me. The follow-up sales and registration process went very smoothly, with Daron close by to answer my questions. My experience with all the folks I talked with at the dealership was excellent - Daron was superb - and I would be happy to describe to other shoppers my pleasant experience with the process. More

As a long-time BMW customer (this is my sixth BMW purchase), Jim's "no pressure", consultative approach was most appreciated by me and my wife. It was a pleasure to work with Jim as we test drove cars and made our final selection of model and options. Jim made the ordering process easy and ultimately delivered the car from Germany on time as promised. The final delivery process was also handled extremely well with a very thorough, drive-out tutorial on the new car's various features. Looked up a car on the web, the car was a used Nissan pathfinder, called the dealer, got the car to try while my car (trade in) an Audi A4, with 81,700 miles was being review by the dealer. Got the call from Greg, telling me the numbers were ready, so I asked how much are they going to give me for my car, he didn't want to say it, and told me to stop by and everything will work out, I asked again, so He finally said, well is worth $8000, that is because of the high miles and not being a automatic transmission, they will have to take it to the auction. I said, don't bother I will just go and pick up my car and that the deal is off. When I got there, he tried to talk to me into looking the beautiful car I will buy, and that is an excellent SUV, and price below market. I told him, that the price on my trade was way too low, he knew that I was offered thousands more in another local dealer, that even when I listed my car for sale to a dealer online, germain was offering around $10.500 for mine, how come it drop that much in a few days. He told that on their book its worth $8000 only, I said fine, show me this book, because on the book I used from dealers it show $10.800 as trade in, SO if your book shows $8000 on my, I liked to see it, and then we can look on your same book, what is the value for the one you are trying to sell me! He didn't know what to say, and then said, well our car is a lot better and so on. Then He add, well your car shows up at $9.900, So I said why you told me $8000 ONLY! --- As far as I know, the $9.900 will be if my car gets TRADE IN AS ROUGH TRADE, meaning BAD condition, my car is almost new, it only has the high mlies at 82.000 but that is it. Anyway, I asked him, what can you really tell me about your Nissan?? To see if he is honest about it. He says, well the car is in wonderful condition, fully loaded,navigation, new tires etc etc. I reply, well, I will tell you how your car is actually, this wonderful SUV. To start, despite that it has over 102,000 miles, the carfax shows it was in Minnesota then sold on an auction, and it is clear that it comes from the north because if you look under the car, it is all RUSTY everywhere, when you drive it over 50 miles the wheel shakes really bad, it needs an alignment, among other things. SO I think your car won't even sell on an auction, because most experience dealers, will notice the RUST on the bottom as supposed of regular folks. I am not allowed to put the link to the listing, but still available on the web. My recommendation is to be AWARE when you buy a car, do the search for what your car is worth first, before you loose a lot of money, as well as see what would be the trade in cost of the car you are trying to buy, that will give you an edge on negotiating a better price for you and not for them.
