Upon seeing a BMW on the Germain BMW website that matched the criteria of the vehicle I was in the market for, I contacted their dealership. Greg Schneff was assigned to be my sales associate. From the very beginning, Greg made me feel comfortable with Germain BMW. Due to business comittments and unable to fly down from NC to inspect the vehicle, I was naturally apprehensive about purchasing on the phone. Greg assured me of the quality, appearance, and mechanical condition of this BMW. I purchased on Wednesday, Greg arranged for an auto transporter to deliver to my door in NC, and the car arrived on Friday. The BMW was as Greg had described, only better !!! No complaints, the car shows as new and am very pleased with my purchcase. Greg and his staff keep me well informed throughout the entrie process. Their finance department explained in detail the financing options as well as the available extended warranty options. At no time was I ever presssured to either purchase the vehicle nor the extended warranties. Overall a very pleasant experience which was enabled by a competent, courtesous, and professional staff at Germain BMW. My husband and I went to Germain to shop for a new BMW convertible, having owned 3 previous ones. We were fortunate enough to meet Jim McGinn, who was extremely helpful. My husband was recovering from a stroke and because of everything going on, it took us a while to finalize what we wanted. We were very appreciative of the fact that Jim was so patient and didn't rush us. I later discovered that Jim had sold BMW's to two of my friends in our condo building and they had nothing but good things to say about him. Unlike many sales people, who after they have closed the sale want nothing further to do with you until you're ready to buy again, Jim has promised to be our "go to" guy whenever we need anything. I searched for a specific year and model car for about three weeks on line and at dealerships, I knew what I wanted and when I saw a previously owned Volvo at Germain BMW on a holiday weekend I sent an E- three weeks on line and at dealerships, I knew what I wanted and when I saw a previously owned Volvo at Germain BMW on a holiday weekend I sent an E-mail and I was surprised to receive a quick response in an offer to help me. I invited them to contact me ASAP and on Monday morning, Labor Day, Greg Schneff called and asked what he could do to help me. We struck a deal over the phone, I gave them a credit card deposit and picked up my car that afternoon. By the way Germain BMW is 149 miles from my home and they filled my tank, gave me a box of chocolates and thanked me for my business as I pulled out.
