When we arrived at Germain BMW, we were greeted by Peter Martin and were immediately offered a test drive in the car we chose. We appreciate that he allowed us to make our decision to buy without any pressure. We then met with Ken Burkhart who handled the finance package in the same friendly, professional manner. When the car was ready to drive home, we walked out to a car in showroom condition. Peter then demonstrated the commonly used features and had me try them out as well. All in all, it was a great car buying experience of a great car. It was immediately clear to us that everyone we came in contact with at the dealership valued customer service and enjoyed working with the public. Our experience with Germain BMW has been positive so far. One suggestion... When we ordered our new BMW535iX, nothing was mentioned about the Zxylon coat. We learned about it at delivery of our car.
