Revise: After further conversation with our sales Rep, Peter Martin, our concerns regarding the extra key ant the missing manual have been rectified resulting in a higher level of customer satisfaction! Peter Martin, our concerns regarding the extra key ant the missing manual have been rectified resulting in a higher level of customer satisfaction! We tend to stay away from buying used cars from car lots but I think we did okay with this purchase.The sales person, Peter Martin, was friendly and helped us process this transaction in a professional manner. We usually purchase vehicles from the original owner so that we have a comfort level with the miles stated and the maintenance performed. Peter did provide info from the car fax which addressed some of these issues. In this case we purchased with the belief and hope that there is nothing wrong with the car that will require additional dollars to be spent for repairs. We have used the car very little so far so the jury is still out on this concern. The only downside so far was there was only one key for the car which required another $75.00 being spent to get a 2nd key and there is no manual for the vehicle. This is not a game breaker but as a buyer hindsight would suggest we should have requested these items be provided prior closing the deal. More

In the following months, I visited several other dealerships in the South West Florida area. My experiences at other dealerships were colored by a general disrespect of my time and many of the sales staff being unprofessional. Which is the reason I returned to Germain BMW to work with Kevin Browne. A very good experience overall. More

I thought that my old BMW dealership in Nashville was great but, in my opinion, the Germain folks bring it to a whole new level. I have been taking my two cars for service there since I moved here in 20 great but, in my opinion, the Germain folks bring it to a whole new level. I have been taking my two cars for service there since I moved here in 2011 and the service department is great - they always explain in detail what's going on and there are NO SURPRISES! The last time I took my 2006 530 in for service, I began looking at the new cars on the lot and was assisted by Jeff Waldman - he is what a client service rep should be - no high pressure sales tactics - just giving me the information that I needed to make an informed decision on a new car, which I purchased. Also got a more than fair trade on the 530. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a new BMW - he's courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars. Germain is definitely now my dealership. More
We met Joe as we were looking at a used Audi A4 convertible. He approached us and was very friendly, courteous, and professional. After taking the car for a test ride, we decided we would buy it, convertible. He approached us and was very friendly, courteous, and professional. After taking the car for a test ride, we decided we would buy it, but that meant we would need to trade in our car. Joe again was very helpful and made this a good experience. When we came back to pick up the car, Joe noticed the top did not retract totally and told us he would need to get it fixed so we would have a car in good working order. To help with this he gave us a loaner that proved to be very handy. Although we were very disappointed initially, Joe worked very hard to keep us informed as to the progress of the repair. In the end, the car was delivered with everything in working order, and we were very pleased. Joe took a difficult situation, and made it into a winning situtation. Tom Marmen More
