After researching 2014 BMWs online I was ready to see real cars, specifically the sport wagons. I had bought my current 328i from Germain 3 years ago, had wonderful service and now I needed a 4WD. My visiting son from Chicago, who is a confirmed BMW addict, came with me. We were cheerily greeted by Max Zuercher who proceeded to show us the sport wagons and compare them to the X3s. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of each and and took plenty of time to listen to my questions and concerns. I was very pleased with the outcome of the negotiations for a 328x sport wagon. Max took time to keep me informed about the expected delivery date and has called several times since to make sure I'm happy and not having any problems. I am happy and I love driving this machine! We had stopped in a month or so ago and asked about the new 435i. Max said he would let us know when one came in and he did and we came in and bought it that day.
