I don't usually write reviews, but my experience was so good at Germain BMW, I felt I had to. I initially chatted with Chris Tuttle who made me feel extremely valued. He brought in Natasha Chang as my Client Advisor - and she was excellent. In fact, she treated me like I was the most important person in the building. I've never felt like that in my previous car buying experiences with Audi and MB, and even other BMW dealerships. I then met with Heather Smith in the finance office. She was equally amazing. She worked hard to get my deal done very quickly and was such a joy to talk to. When does that happen?? In closing, if you want to get a good deal AND be treated like a VIP, go to Germain BMW. More

Beemers Rock! I am on my 7th BMW now. I drive a 530i and my wife drives a 430i Grand Coupe. These cars are awesome! In all the time we have operated BMWs we have I am on my 7th BMW now. We have never required service due to a failure or malfunction of any of our vehicles. These cars are beautiful to look at and so much fun to drive with all the latest technology onboard. The icing on the cake, so to speak, is the Germain BMW dealership and our Client Advisor, Jim McGinn. Over the years we have gotten to know several people at Germain BMW and everyone seems to know our name and always makes us feel so much at home there.
