I was traveling on a business trip out of state when the engine light came on in my brand new Q. I called over to Germain where they said they were booked but to still stop by to see if they could run a sca engine light came on in my brand new Q. I was shopping for either an A7, the BMW 740 or a Jaguar XJ. I stopped to look at the Audi. I walk in, and most of the sales staff is standing around talking to each other. Two are helping customers. I open the door of the A7 sitting in the showroom, and start looking around. Still no help. I open the freaking trunk. Nothing. I walked around looking for pamphlets. The ONLY person who acknowledged my existence, in my 10 minutes there. was one of the other customers. NOW I am only looking at the 7 Series or the XJ.... Simply inexplicable. More
