We ordered the car, waited 5 weeks for delivery, only to have them lower the trade in value they committed to by $10,000. They took a deposit based on the original estimate. I have email proof, but they will not honor the deal they gave me and took a deposit for. In the process, they tried to blame me for the mis-communication. They acted totally unprofessional on top of breach of contract. More

It is an expensive car so I expected a good sales experience but Germain goes way beyond my expectations. Firstly Shaun Himmelspach did a terrific job helping me spec my car, which is not a simple job given the color choices, interior variations and other factors. He also kept me in the loop regularly by phone and email on build progress and delivery timing. When the S7 arrived, he had it looking perfect and walked me through all the complexities of such a car. Shaun is knowledgable, earnest and sincere and makes one feel very comfortable with the purchase process. Alongside Shaun are other members of the Germain Audi team who helped make the whole experience so pleasant, specifically Trisha Smith, the sales manager, Kashaka Fields, business manager, and the general manager JP Lammers. I felt I could turn to any one of them about any issue and they would be able to assist. On top of that the new Audi building and showroom is beautiful, airy, spacious and welcoming. Truly Germain has all the marks of a top notch dealership. More

Shaun Himmelspach from sales went out of his way to assist me in every way during my visit. He intuited my needs and helped find the exact car that I wanted. He worked with the other sales and finance people to get me an outstanding deal! It is important to my story that I was also trading in an older Audi, which I had purchased (new) and serviced at Germain for some years. I loved that car too, but it was having trouble. They knew all about the trouble, but nevertheless gave me a great value on the trade in. In fact my service advisor Jason stopped by to say hello while I was buying the car! This really made me feel like I part of the family! I can't recumbent them more!! More

I contacted Germain Audi because it was the nearest dealership and explained the issue to the rep answering the phone. She told me to come right in, that there would be a technician waiting to assess the issue and get it resolved without delay. I did and there was a tech waiting, he knew the issue I was having and he took care of it within minutes and was back on the road without a care in the world (other than the 11 hour road trip). The tech's name was Troy but do not remember the young lady who answered the phone and gave him my message. But my thank you to them both for such wonderful customer service!! More

It was a very low-pressure and enjoyable experience. The only thing was I was unable to negotiate any pricing aspect of the car I purchased. Granted, they "priced the car to sell" but I thought I would have had at least a few negotiation opportunities. Otherwise the whole experience was explained well and straightforward. More

Poor Buying Experience My experience as a perspective buyer was terrible. I ultimately did not buy a car from them. I went in 4 times to look or test drive an new A3 Audi. After that, I was shuffled to whomever had a few minutes free, including the manager and the technical support person. Possibly it was because I came in looking at the lowest price range of the inventory (they also sell Porsche). The reason does not matter. If they had been a bit more attentive, and if there had been continuity of one sales representative, they could easily have sold me a car. More
