Took my car for oil change. They Wanted me to get some additional work. I was unable to have work done due to other plans. Seems as though the manager didn't like my answer. So I received my car back soak and wet from the car wash. Yes, without the porter drying it off. Also, dirt on the inside of my car and my bluetooth connection set up. If I was a man, I don't think I would have been treated this way. When I called to voice my concerns. The Manager over service - Jim says "Anthony usually nice", "something must have happen" Yeah poor customer service!!! If your looking for good custmer service, this is not the place to go. I also know two other people who have had poor customer service at this location. Cheap is not always good! More

I have visited approximately 30 dealerships over the past 30 days with varying degrees of professionalism and expertise. Planet Toyota ranks near the top. Most of the dealerships I had gone to made me feel a little dirty. I just felt like I was trying to be "taken." Not so at Planet Toyota. Matt was great in sales. He wasn't pushy, did not play games, and conducted himself professionally. We agreed on a fair price for the used vehicle I wanted. He also went above and beyond to work out a deal for some new floor mats. I paid in cash so I did not need to go through the financing process, but my interaction with John Pullen (business manager) was phenomenal. Small example: My cell phone was losing a charge after a couple of hours. John offered me his wall charger and I charged my phone during the paperwork. Not a huge deal, but it's the small things that matter. I drove 55 miles to Planet Toyota to buy a used vehicle. It was definitely worth it. I would recommend to all. More

Matt Triak is by far the best salesman I have ever encountered. From the time I got out of my vehicle, he was right there to greet me and answer all the questions I had. I've purchased new Toyota vehicles at Planet Toyota since about 2000. My wife and I have purchased several. Most all vehicle were purchased from Larry Paveza, one of their salespersons. Larry is a true professional. I bring both my Toyota Sequoia and my wife's Toyota Camery to Planet Toyota for routine service.... that's it. We have not had to return any vehicle for warranty work. Why? I believe it's because the staff at Planet go over the vehicles with a fine toothed comb to ensure that they meet the standard Toyota owners expect to obtain. When at the dealership, Larry always makes it a point to see us to chat and see if we have any questions about the vehcile. Larry doesn't sell a car and walk away. He's there to answer questions every time. Other dealerships should take lessons from Planet Toyota. Their entire staff seem to be cheerful, pleasant, and surprisingly, very good at remembering customers names. This goes for personnel in Service, Financing, and management.
