I give them 2 star for politeness however : this was just another unethical dealership trying to bait you in with a low internet out of the door quote. I confirmed with before I drop my car off and got a ride their to buy my long searched for dream car. The sale person assured me that the vehicle was there and available. There will be no price haggling. Surprise surprise! I asked for the van I found on line and I was show it but the price was no longer 17,000 but 22,500 marked down to 21,500. But they where having a customer incentive day and would take an additional 1,500. off, LOL. What a joke!! I ask the sales men if he could show me the ones I saw on the internet at the prices advertised and he informed me that that was the only town and county van that had on the lot. I was shocked and informed him the I had gone through a lot of trouble and come a ways from where i live to get that car. WTH is up? The final price turned out to be $1,500 more than her quote..But even by the time the finance dept. finished with me that 17900.00, 2013, 60,000 mil van was 26,000 even with a 7,000 down payment. I was so sick and full of anxiety after 6 hours of negotiating. After the deal was done I found out that many if my request were not going to be met or missing items i.e. 2 keys, owners manual, lager care mates and the remote and wireless headphones for the DVD player. The next morning I found more scratches on the car. I call to complain and was to no refunds on returns "you drive it off the lot it yours" WOW. I only drove it home. So I took it back anyway and life it parked in the lot, but they refuse to take the key. I left anyway to get legal advice. I should have never trusted any of them. I informed them I will sue for false advertising. They lower the price twice but I was not sure if I should support this kind of business so I took my money back and got the xxxx out of there!! What a nightmare!! It was such a waste of time, money and effort. More

Wonderful Experience I had a great experience buying my first car , the staff was very welcoming , made buying the car very smooth , I had Manar as my dealer he was very k I had a great experience buying my first car , the staff was very welcoming , made buying the car very smooth , I had Manar as my dealer he was very knowledgable and answered all my questions the finance department went smooth as well, I didn't feel pressured into buying things I really didn't want , I got what I wanted and he told me about everything that would be good to buy and he helped me with all my questions and concerns , I love my brand new 2016 Toyota Camry Xle !! Thank you so much Manar and the staff at planet Toyota !!! Couldn't be happier ! I also had my car cleaned the other day there and the maintenance staff was very friendly and didn't great job making it look show room new again !!! More
general maintenance done under warranty I took my wife's Venza in for the regular maintenance and I was greeted promptly by the service agent. The agent was very professional and happy. I say happy because he was smiling and actually talking to all of the customers he interacted with, including myself. The work that was scheduled to be done was explained not only once but three times by the agent. I was escorted into the waiting area by the agent who briefly but professionally told me where everything was located (rest rooms, vending machines, etc.). Once the work had been completed, the cashiers went over the work that was performed. Everything was done to our satisfaction. We will continue to use Planet Toyota (and Planet Honda) for our servicing and car purchases. More
