Called looking for a RAV4 Hybrid and was told one was coming in the next week and they said they would call when received. They called and said it came in. We were told it was $32,800. Drove from Joliet coming in the next week and they said they would call when received. They called and said it came in. We were told it was $32,800. Drove from Joliet to Matteson immediately. Upon arriving we were told the price had increased to $42,000. Let us test drive before even telling us about the price increase. Needless to say we left without the car. I will never buy from such a dishonest dealership. More

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER purchase a used vehicle from this place. I purchased a van to take my children back and for to therapy and it is the least reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned. I’ve only had it a little over 6 months and it has had nothing but problems. Within the first two months I discovered an oil leak. Then the Alternator and battery went out. Now it’s believed the van also has an electrical panel problem. This van was over $20,000 and it is not even close to reliable, maybe that’s why they have to offer a power train warranty because the cars are not Inspected before they sell them. The van has now broken down twice while I’ve had my kids and I’ve made over $1500 in repairs and I still need to get the electrical panel fixed. And did I mention the car only has 79,000 miles on it. Warning, do not buy your Toyota in this dealership. This dealership were better when it was Planet Toyota. This place is then worst dealership I've ever visited. If you have a trade in, they will give you $ 2,000 to 4,000.00 lower than what other dealership is offering. Sales people and Sales Manager here have no manners and uneducated, as if you're dealing with people who work for a pawn shop. If you don't do enough research such as pricing, and not really good in analyzing numbers, these people will rip you off. The worst Toyota Dealership in Chicagoland. More
I was given a very good quote on a Camry hybrid through the internet. As it stood, I was ready to purchase if they offered a fair number for my trade in. Two things came back sketchy when they showed me nu the internet. As it stood, I was ready to purchase if they offered a fair number for my trade in. Two things came back sketchy when they showed me numbers. I was only offered 500 for my trade. Other dealerships were offering 1500. Secondly, there was $999 dollars in accessories added to the price they originally quoted. I had to attempt to walk away 3 times to get them to chip away at this. I held firm at what I was willing to pay and they eventually folded. I got 1500 for the trade and they dropped the 999 accessory charge. More
Very Dissappointing! I purchased my SUV from them in October 2018. The sales and finance team was WONDERFUL. The service department not so much. Always too busy to get back to you and still waiting on someone to return my call from 2 weeks ago. I don't recommend no one to use the service center. If you bought your car used, go to another dealership for repairs. They cleaned the outside of the car but not the nasty, greasy hand prints on the door and dash board. If they are so busy, maybe they should refer the business to someone that can handle it. Frankly, having had to call them and I haven't owned the car three months, I will rethink where I purchase my car from in the future. Though the problem wasn't sales, the service department is running all the referral business away. More
Impressed I was very impressed with the whole Planet Toyota experience. As my wife and I were looking at used vehicles a “Toyota Sales Associate” (Steve Smith) I was very impressed with the whole Planet Toyota experience. As my wife and I were looking at used vehicles a “Toyota Sales Associate” (Steve Smith) asked if we would like any assistance. We said yes. We explained to Steve that reliability, low mileage and our budget would all have to be satisfied before we would consider a vehicle purchase. It pretty much goes without saying that a husband and wife will have different vehicle ideas. Steve spent a good chunk of time showing us different cars, test driving a few and explaining the different options and answering several questions. Steve appeared knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and most impressive we did not feel any pressure even as we spent a lot of time with him. Steve’s time and patience with a husband and wife looking for a car was most defiantly a virtue. All of the cars that Steve showed us did fit into our target car zone range as described above. Most impressive is that one of the cars of the target cars also fit into the husband wife both agreement zone (a very rare occurrence). We ended up purchasing a low mileage 2015 Toyota Camry. At this point I would not hesitate to return to Planet Toyota and contact Steve S. for another purchase. More
