Terrible service and non stop mistakes. We went to lease a car and they had us do a test drive. Mug mod was a con man from the start. After agreeing to the price that was much different than the over $600 a a car and they had us do a test drive. Mug mod was a con man from the start. After agreeing to the price that was much different than the over $600 a month he offered, they switched the car on us to one that was worth 8k less. Then the next day- the car wouldn’t start (brand new vehicle with 40 miles). They did the right thing and replaced vehicle with one that was closer to the vehicle we had agreed on (yet they still did the bait and switch). The manager told me they had a no return policy which is the opposite of state law and the ICC rules which allows 3 days. Now we have two bills as the dealership never marked the first car as returned. When we called Nissan they told us it was our responsibility to make contact with the manager and have the status changed due to their screw up. Of course- we don’t get a call back from the dealership. Complaint file with the ICC and fraud reported on the credit report now. Would never go to any Gerald dealership ever. We will stick with our normal dealerships who we trustZ More

JOSE VALDOVINOS, He took my downpayment of $3,500. He ran my credit and I had good credit. He never gave me my drivers license and social security card back the first visit. I was allowed to take a vehicle to a mechanic and keep it for the weekend. Then I told him it was the car I wanted. I came back to do the paperwork. Then he told me my credit was not good enough. He waited until he ran my credit through a bunch of dealerships and ruined my credit score with multiple credit pulls and I only told him run my credit once. That is why my credit was not good. He told me try again in 6 months when it gets better. Then he said because I test drove the cars for the weekend he kept the down payment and when I come back in 6 months it will go towards another vehicle. I told him I will not come back in 6 weeks. I just wanted my money back. He already lost my identification, too. A few months later, I learned someone opened credit cards and made bills in my name. Do not trust these people, at least not him. Now, I have to fix my credit, and always worry if more things will appear on my reports. More
