I had a wonderful experience from the time I pulled into the lot. Mo was the salesman's name. He was patient and he listened to what I wanted and was never pushy as so many of them are. Do not purchase a car from this location! We purchased a car in June. After the deal, the salesperson went radio silent. They never shared any of the financing information for payments. I h We purchased a car in June. After the deal, the salesperson went radio silent. They never shared any of the financing information for payments. I had to go in and track down financing details. They issued 2 keys, one of them did not work (not a big deal). I contacted the sales person, Pedro. He failed to respond to multiple attempts. After taking the key in it was determined it needed to be reprogrammed. They only have someone on premised Tuesday at 2p. We went to meet them (on Tuesday at 2p) and they never showed up! After discussion with a manager, he said they could have their service department take care of it. When we went in on Wednesday, they wanted to charge us $179 for the key because we didn't come in on Tuesday at 2p! On all levels, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We took the key off-site and had it programed for $30. The thing is it was never working in the first place. Total sharks! Just make it right. More
