When I came to your dealership I was not even sure if I would be able to get financed. I explained that to Jason and the first thing he had me do was complete the credit application to see what he could do would be able to get financed. I knew he was taking a chance on me because my credit was less than perfect. He treated me with kindness and respect and did not make me feel like I was wasting his time. We looked at the cars that I was able to finance and fell in love with the Murano. We took it for a test drive and I knew that was the car that I wanted. He came back with a great price and then I spoke with the finance manager and got the paperwork started. Jason made sure the care was washed for me while the paperwork was being done. It is always the paperwork that takes the longest and by now it was all ready late. We were there till after 10:30 pm and never once did I feel like I was being rushed. Because it was late Jason made sure we set up a time for the next day for me to come back in so he could go over all the features on the car. I came back the next day and he took the time to show me all the features and even synced my phone to the car for me. He also told me about the free car washes and when the best time was to come in.
