The service and personnel at this dealership are amazing. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured in any way. Finding a car that fits both your needs and your budget can be a very difficult process, but th I never felt uncomfortable or pressured in any way. Finding a car that fits both your needs and your budget can be a very difficult process, but the staff at Gerald Nissan made this all happen for me, never making me feel uncomfortable or like I was pushed into doing something I didn't want to do. My new Pathfinder was an extremely easy process at Gerald Nissan of North Aurora. The color and model was in stock and Bob Shewalter helped me with all the features and was very knowledgeable about my new P Nissan of North Aurora. The color and model was in stock and Bob Shewalter helped me with all the features and was very knowledgeable about my new Pathfinder. I tow a boat and needed specific information about the specifics on towing and Bob went out of his way to drive the Pathfinder to my house to assure me on hook ups and towing capability. Rene Peyton was very pleasant to work with as well, He explained all the paper work in a timely manner and made sure I was completely satisfied with my decisions. I will recommend my friends to this dealership. More

Ahmad is a very nice person, not your typical pushy sales man. Ahmad was very patient with my wife and I showing us and letting us test drive which ever car we wanted. We had an overall very good experience when buying our new Altima. Abdou was very knowledgable and informative regarding all aspects of the new 2013 Nissan Altima. He was very pleasant and accommodating in getting us set up with our new vehicle, ie; setting blue tooth, programming radio stations, making sure we knew what every 'bell and whistle' is used for on the car. Abdou was also very encouraging to us to call or stop by anytime if we had any further questions or concerns. We would definately recommend Abdou to anyone who is looking to purchase a Nissan. More

Karan was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his hardwork, dedication, and patience. The dealership was closing for the day but he still took his time with us.
