I purchased a 2012 Nissan Versa in October 2011, for my boyfriend, Patrick to drive. It was a great little car, but Patrick passed away tragically and unexpectedly on May 10, 2012. He had been making the payments on the Versa, and I was having difficulty keeping up with it each month. I received a voicemail from Dave, as a 1yr follow-up call on my purchase.I thought about calling him back and describing my dilemna to him. I didn't think a car salesman would necessarily care about my plight, but I thought I would at least touch base with him about the car. Before I had the opportunity to call him back, I had seen a commercial on television about Nissan's end-of-the-year sales incentives on 2012 models. When I did call him back, he suggested I come in to discuss what my options might be. The Versa was a great little car, but there were a few things that I felt it lacked that I would enjoy having, on a vehicle. Dave suggested that with the sales incentives, I might be able to get into a nicer vehicle, with a lower payment, no less. I ended up purchasing a new 2012 Nissan Sentra that has power windows, keyless entry and power locks. I love my new car and with the help of both Dave and Rene, my payment is still lower than it was on the Versa. How amazing is that? I feel like I was treated like family. More

I went in to test drive a new Altima, a car I had done extensive research on and wanted to buy if the test drive was as expected. Dave was great. He did not use high pressure tactics. He was very knowledgeable about the Cube I purchased. I looked at a used Cube and a couple of Subaru's about a month before I purchased my new Cube. I h was very knowledgeable about the Cube I purchased. I looked at a used Cube and a couple of Subaru's about a month before I purchased my new Cube. I had looked at used cars at other dealers also. I told Dave when I first looked at the Cube that when I decided to commit to purchasing one that I would come back to him. I have purchased a few cars in my lifetime, but I must say that this was my most enjoyable experience. He remembered me and what I did, which is photography, when I stopped back in to get the Cube. I had found a used Cube from another dealer and he was able to get me a deal on a new one for just a few thousand more. We joked back and forth during the purchase. It felt as though he was like a brother. He was even willing to come in on his day off to accommodate some special needs I had during the purchase. Not many people are that accommodating these days. I also dealt with Rene the sales manager and had a pleasant experience wtih him. Dave has checked back with me a few times since the purchase to make sure everything is ok and if I have any questions or concerns. I had my last car for 15 years and hope to have my Cube that long, but if not and need another car Dave will be the one I come back to to get it. More
