Dan did an awesome job of recovering a sale. Eli was the person who took care of me and did a great job. Everyone one of my experiences with the Gerald Automotive Group have been nothing but positive. Management must do a great job of instilling customer first views in their staff. I cannot say enough good things about the Gerald Auto Group. It's refreshing to work with a dealer for both sales and service where you truly feel they are there to help you vs. just trying to get the sale. Wife and I were looking at buying a new Murano and Dave was our salesman. We walked in and told him what we were thinking, and he tossed us a set of keys to a Murano and said "Here you go. Drive it around, take your wife to lunch, and then when you come back I can answer any questions you may have". I mean, how awesome is THAT? No pushy salesman in the car trying to talk to you while you are driving. (not that Dave was ever pushy) To make a long story short, We came back to the dealership in about 2 hours, asked a few questions as I had done most of my research ahead of time, and then drove out with a new Murano! )and a great deal on an extended warranty as we were planning on keeping the vehicle for quite awhile) This was a little over two years ago. Following that I have had several emails into Dave asking about purchasing another vehicle and he ALWAYS responded promptly even though I have yet to buy another car. More

My service advisor is Terry Nebors and he is also great, with service like this I will only be buying from Gerald Nissan because if I do have a problem they stand behind what they sale. I never get a chance to write positive feedback because customer is gone but not at Gerald Nissan, you have a customer for life.
