I went back to the dealer told them what happened and with GAP that i purchased with my first car made it a breeze to get a new one with no hassle. They even worked with me to get me the extras i wanted and keep it within my budget. I drove away with my new 2014 Rogue Select knowing that i had to no longer have to worry or stress about my replacement vehicle. More

Car lease I walked in the Nissan dealership just to test drive a Nissan Altima and walked out with a leased vehicle. My experience at Nissan of North Aurora was excellent. I did not, at any point during my visit there, feel pressured to buy or lease a car. Robert Holguin was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient with me. He asked me what I wanted in a car and showed me the car. It was that simple. Thanks Dan Dan Racine was great to work with. When my wife and I came in to pick up the car, Dan spent about an hour with us explaining how everything worked on Dan Racine was great to work with. He wanted us to be fully comfortable with all the tech stuff. I told my wife, with the amount of time he spent with us, going over the car after the sale, I would have expected this if I purchased a $60K or more car. Thanks Dan, we really appreciated your help. Hi Recently purchased Nissan Sentra and I regret till date that it was my life times worst decision to purchase at Gerald Nissan of North Aurora. I already had a pre approved car loan and even of insisti date that it was my life times worst decision to purchase at Gerald Nissan of North Aurora. I already had a pre approved car loan and even of insisting not to run credit check, the finance guy by force run credit check with not one but with about 5 or 6 banks. Due to this ridiculous behavior by finance guy by name Ferris Spikener, I lost so many points on my credit score that it would take atleast 2-3 years to recover to my initial stage. Also, when I walked into this store to buy a car, they were not even ready to bargain or lower price even by $1. I had to buy because I was fed up of going to different Gerald Nissan showrooms in and around Aurora. All the guys are same. I regret now that I should have gone with Toyota or Honda. I would never look back to this store in my life nor would ever recommend to anyone even for a visit. More

I had a great experience at Gerald Nissan of North Aurora. I found the vehicle online, and made the two hour trip to see the vehicle in person and take care of some other business while in the area. Upon reaching the lot, Dan Racine met me at the vehicle right away and offered to open it up and let me drive it while they checked out my trade. We worked together on a fair price on my trade in and the purchase, and I left that evening with a great deal on a great vehicle. Dan was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. As a full time graduate student, I had a price range that I had to stay within and Dan worked hard to get me a fair price that I could afford. Dan even included a full tank of gas in my new vehicle since I made the two hour drive from Champaign, IL. After closing the deal, I worked with Ferris Spikener to take care of the financial details. Ferris was very friendly and this process went smoothly. He offered the after market warranties and plans, but since I was on a tight budget, understood that I was not interested and was not pushy or rude at all. I would highly recommend Gerald Nissan of North Aurora for a vehicle purchase, and be sure to look up Dan Racine if you do. It really is a no-nonsense, easy car buying experience. More
