Robert Holguin was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient with me. He asked me what I wanted in a car and showed me the car. It was that simple. I had a great experience at Gerald Nissan of North Aurora. I found the vehicle online, and made the two hour trip to see the vehicle in person and take care of some other business while in the area. Upon reaching the lot, Dan Racine met me at the vehicle right away and offered to open it up and let me drive it while they checked out my trade. We worked together on a fair price on my trade in and the purchase, and I left that evening with a great deal on a great vehicle. Dan was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. As a full time graduate student, I had a price range that I had to stay within and Dan worked hard to get me a fair price that I could afford. Dan even included a full tank of gas in my new vehicle since I made the two hour drive from Champaign, IL. After closing the deal, I worked with Ferris Spikener to take care of the financial details. Ferris was very friendly and this process went smoothly. He offered the after market warranties and plans, but since I was on a tight budget, understood that I was not interested and was not pushy or rude at all.
