Great shape, no issues whe ------------------------ I bought my 2006 350Z from Gerald Nissan in Naperville 4 months ago. This thing looked perfect! Great shape, no issues when driving. It had 37Kmiles and was Nissan certified! The sales guy told me that certified means I should have nothing to worry about with the car that they check nearly everything! After less than 3500 miles I now need a new clutch, flywheel, pressure plate and transmission. Gerald Nissan is taking NO responsibility for the issues with the car. I am getting hit with 4K in charges for this repair and yesterday when I called to ask the Gerald Nissan sales manager what he would do to help (Neal) he hung up on me!!! I found out now that issues with the transmission caused rubbing between the plates in my clutch. The entire thing needs to be changed out or I will be stuck with the same issues over and over again - Transmission problems are not overnight issues and the chance of this happening in under 3K miles is almost nothing! I want you guys to know, if you ever need to do business with a dealership, this is NOT THE PLACE! More

Boris greeted us, listened, gave us options and ultimately we purchased a new Rogue even though our Gerald Nissan to inquire regarding a new Rogue. He was outstanding and took great effort to see that we understood everything about the car we purchased, each option and how to handle the fact our trade in was not present for inspection by the dealer.
