I came in to Nissan with my wife in order to trade in my Volvo and buy a new Pathfinder. We ended up buying a Murano instead. We worked with Ryan Bravi and his professionalism was top-notch. Every piece of the service was flawless and we have. I regrets about our new Murano. I have not so great credit, ok, horrible credit, that was one of the reasons why I chose Gerald. I worked with another dealer ironically under the same ownership and they were unhelpful (understatement) in f one of the reasons why I chose Gerald. However I spoke with Anthony and Carlos on Day 1 of my experience at Gerald and felt a bit more confident in my chances. One thing I can say is initially I was not pressured. I have bought several cars in my life and I know what to expect so I can easily over look them, the ignore button on my phone works great. I inevitably chose this dealership because they could get me financed. I would be lying if I said there was any other reason. I paid full price for the vehicle but a person in my situation has no room to bicker with prices. They were willing to make exceptions for me on my down payment and that sealed the deal. Overall my experience was good, and honestly the best I have had at a dealership. Consistent phone calls and manipulations are all a name of the game and if you don't expect this you may want to not buy a car. More

We were driving by and saw a large selection of used Nissans so we decided to stop in. I was shopping for my mother, and although the car we looked at was out of her price range, I talked her into test Nissans so we decided to stop in. I would recommend this dealership, but would warn anyone that the waiting times to complete a transaction are excessive. We had a great salesman named Ed Bemis. We agreed on a fair price for their van and for our trade - then we proceeded to wait for 1 hour and 55 minutes to get to the finance office to complete the transaction. We were told it would be about a thirty minute wait when we signed the offer. We waited while the plates were changed, the vehicle was washed, we emptied the contents from our vehicle, and then still sat for another hour waiting for the ONE finance manager to process or deal. This dealership is great at taking the order, but fails when it comes time to processing the order. They kept waiting on new customers but failed to give good customer service to the customer with the deal in hand. I would suggest training other people, maybe even the general manager, to be able to step in when the line is backing up at the finance manager's door. We continued to get apologies from our salesman, but never received acknowledgement from anyone else. I don't think anyone else really cared and Ed Bemis looked a little bit embarrassed. This dealership is good if you have the time to wait around for them to do their job. Plan on spending a lot of your day to complete a simple transaction. More

He answered each question patiently with a smile. He made the buying porcess smooth for us. I recommend this dealership to all Nissan future buyers.
