Even though I didn't buy a car from Gerald Nissan, Dana went above and beyond. She emailed me, called me, and texted me throughout the process. It was no fault of hers that the dealer didn't have the exa went above and beyond. She emailed me, called me, and texted me throughout the process. It also wasn't her fault that I wasn't flexible on a different trim. :) I was ready to buy, but I'm going to guess the "computer chip" issue was part of the problem for stock.
