Hello my name is Nick Smiley the General Sales Manager, after receiving an email I went and spoke to Rob about this matter. He had the customer resign a contract because we got the customer a better interest rate to give her a BETTER DEAL! After that he offered her an extended service contract and with the new interest rate, she decided that it was a great idea to protect her investment. Please don't make it sound like we took advantage of her, that is not fair to us or her. She knew her new payment with and with out the service contract, and made the decision based on that information.
