I had my elderly aunt who drives a Lexus with me. She was a co-signer on my loan. Very courteous employees to my aunt as well as me. We were offered an extended warranty by Robert in finance. We declined. We signed all the paperwork and left the dealership. A few days later, the sales guy, RJ, said that additional paperwork nee finance. We declined. We signed all the paperwork and left the dealership. A few days later, the sales guy, RJ, said that additional paperwork needed to be signed that was missed by Robert. My fiancee bought this vehicle and it was her first time buying a vehicle on her own. When she went back to the dealership to sign the paperwork, by herself, there was no paperwork to sign. Instead, they tricked her into buying an extended warranty for $2195 that we declined when I was there. This is very deceptive and unethical. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and expecting a full refund. More
