He was helpful, listened to our needs/desires, and I felt that he honestly wanted to earn our business. On our most recent purchase we worked with Anthony Miceli. Both times our purchase negotiation was much longer than we expected but my wife and I both felt that Greg was doing everything he could to meet our needs and earn our business. I do recommend doing research before buying a car and going in well educated but I have no reservations in suggesting this dealership for a friend to work with. More

My wife (Susan) and I stopped by Gerald Nissan of Naperville after a lunch date last Saturday. We had decided over lunch that we needed to upgrade to an "all wheel drive" car to deal with another sno Naperville after a lunch date last Saturday. We had decided over lunch that we needed to upgrade to an "all wheel drive" car to deal with another snowy winter in Chicago. It was our good fortune to meet Nissan's Greg Queen on our way into the dealership. After spending many years in medical equipment sales, I tend to dread the purchasing process of buying new cars. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the low key consulting approach that Greg utilized in showing us the Nissan line of "All Wheel Drive" cars. Within 30 minutes of showing us the advantages of each car, we had decided that the car that we came to see, was not the car that fit our needs. Instead, Mr. Queen showed us how the Nissan Rogue would ideally fit the needs that we had discussed. I'll be the first to admit that we really had very little intention of purchasing a new car last weekend. However, after we evaluated the Gerald Nissan's price, our trade in, Nissan's financing and ultimately how the car would make winter driving so much safer, the decision was easy to make. We worked closely with Greg Queen and Anthony Miceli (Gerald Nissan's General Manager) on the specifics of the sales process and we left the dealership that day with a new 2013 Nissan Roque that met all of the needs we were looking for.
