Actually Listened My husband and I walked in and said, "We are NOT buying or signing anything today. We want a test drive a Nissan Rogue and make our decision later on My husband and I walked in and said, "We are NOT buying or signing anything today. We want a test drive a Nissan Rogue and make our decision later on". Greg said, "OK, cool". There were no pressure tactics; just information. He took a lot of time to go over the Rogue and shows us all the features. We left and were not pressured at all into a sale. We just left with a solid understanding of all the options available to us. We came back a few days later. After talking and thinking it over, we were confident that leasing a Rogue was the best option for our family. Greg helped us through the process. When the insurance company had issues processing our new lease, Greg got on the phone with them to help straighten out the mix up. We drove off the lot in a new 2014 Nissan Rogue and we couldn't be happier about our experience and about the car. More

As a follow up, Anthony Miceli (the GM) communicated with me frequently to make absolutely sure that I was being treated well. Anthony Triner was a pleasure to negotiate with and provided me a clear understanding of the Rogue pricing and trade-in value of the Murano. Howard Krick did an excellent job with all the paperwork. Adrian Alvarez provided an hour's detailed explanation of all the vehicle's operating systems. Bob Smiley provided the oversight of the entire process and made sure every step was to my satisfaction.
