Positively painless! I HATE car shopping. We have all dealt with pushy sales people, fake finance people, and shoddy service. At Gerald, I didn't have ANY of that! After I HATE car shopping. After going to 5-6 different dealerships, I was getting tired of the same old game. On the advice from my sister, I went to see Howard Krick at Gerald Naperville. We sat down with him, told him what we had been looking for, and what I like in a vehicle. He found a few cars for me to test drive. I liked a couple, but wanted to drive a couple of the SUV's too. Howard didn't bat an eye-- Found a couple more for me to play with. I finally decided on my 2014 Altima. I asked them for the bottom line, and while Howard spoke with the Financing Dept, we looked up the Kelley Blue Book price. They came in UNDER price! I couldn't believe it! I had fallen in love with my car, but wanted to add a couple of minor "luxury" items. Even Jose in the Service Department took good care of me! There are a lot of dealerships that will say the treat you like family, but Howard and the guys at Gerald treated us like the GOOD side of the family! I will definitely be back, I am sure we'll be looking again in a couple of years. More

Safety First I purchased a car in June and had a phenomenal experience at Gerald. Phenomenal enough to come back 6 months later to get something a little bigger a I purchased a car in June and had a phenomenal experience at Gerald. Phenomenal enough to come back 6 months later to get something a little bigger as I felt I would be a little more at ease in the snow and slush. Any other dealer would've used this to their advantage as the value of any new car depreciates the most in this time period. I contacted Howard to see if this would be to trade in my June purchase and get into something that would be a little more stable in the snow. I was not expecting the response from him that I got. Howard responded with "we have to if you don't feel 100% comfortable". I was able to walk in and just as last time, Howard was very honest and up front with me the entire time. He ensured me once again that I would be getting the car that I wanted at the price I wanted. I drove off in my brand new 2015 Nissan Altima as happy as I could be. Apparently too excited to leave as I left my IPASS transponder in my previous car. Howard of course got it out and I was able to meet him to get it! More

I have worked in sales for well over 15 years from all different levels and Howard Krick is one of the best sales reps I have ever encountered. He was very patient with my decision and didn't press for the sale, but rather used great costumer service, follow up and the features and benefits of the dealership. Anthony Miceli, also supported Howard in the sales process, which showed me they work well as a team. This built my trust quickly and made me feel as though I wasn't being shopped by the "manager". We also had our 5 week old son with us who got to sit in the infamous Nissan GTR (R35) and take pictures. I can't wait to show him this when he get's older. The Nissan Rouge SV AWD I purchased is a great vehicle with good MPG's and an excellent use of space/ design with the divide and hide storage.
