Excellent Experience working with HOWARD KRICK - DREAM CAR I have been holding off buying a NEW vehicle because of very bad past experiences. I dread and fear being taken by "car dealer sharks", however after I have been holding off buying a NEW vehicle because of very bad past experiences. I dread and fear being taken by "car dealer sharks", however after applying for my certificate on truecar.com I was contacted by Kathy Wong and was reassured that she would connect with me upon my arrival at Gerald Nissan in Naperville. Keep in mind I live near O'hare Airport and have several other Nissan dealerships within an arms reach, however from the beginning I was treated with respect and I felt that Kathy was really listening to my concerns, interests and really made me feel at home. As I arrived at Gerald Nissan I was welcomed by a very caring and professional salesman Howard Krick. As my husband & I started talking about our interests and the pros and cons of the two models of vehicles we had in mind (Rouge/Murano), Howard paid close attention to detail and showed us the two models and after test driving I clearly new the vehicle I wanted was the Murano!!!! Howard is a down to earth, people person and I felt comfortable chatting with him. He seemed to be very honest and genuine. Howard showed me a couple of the Muranos that they had in stock and made the whole process so easy. Howard was great going back and forth with Yasser (Manager) and getting me to a reasonable payment and interest rate. Much to my surprise, they both worked hard to get me the absolute best interest rate/payment , it turned out to be better than I had bargained for. I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming, it was that great that I could hardly believe it. I went in thinking that it would be near impossible to seal a deal and came out "rolling" in a beautiful "pearl white" Murano - riding in luxury and I cried tears of joy all the way home, I have worked very hard all my life, I have servered 4 years active duty in the Army over seas and just recently acquired my Master's degree in Business Administration as well as raised a family of three children and supporting my husband's dreams, as he completes his Welding certification. I have had the BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - I would definitely recommend my family, friends and relatives to visit your dealership. I intent to go back and get my husband and my son a vehicle in the near future. I am absolutley so HAPPY with all the follow-up treatment and attention that I have been given, It will be hard for me to go anywhere else even though it takes a 30 minute drive to get to Naperville - it is truly worth the TRIP!!!!! Dreaded new car buying made relatively painless After terrible experiences at two OTHER Nissan dealers in the past month, I had basically given up. Then on Wednesday, I received an email from Paul in response to my truecar.com inquiry. I explained I was primarily interested in red rogue...but they didn't have any in stock. On Friday he texted me that they had received my exact model in a shipment. Great follow up. Honestly, I was doubtful,skeptical and pessimistic....but the reviews for Gerald Nissan Naperville are positive, so i decided to give it one last ditch effort. I went after work on Friday prepared for the worst, instead I received the best. Paul greeted me, answered some questions and assigned me to Sonja. I explained my past negative experiences and Sonja immediately went to work on earning my trust. I made it clear I wouldn't be buying that evening. I couldn't decide on color and frankly I was skittish. (Car shopping PTSD) Rather than go into a high pressure pitch, Sonja suggested we test drive the new car (Paul wasn't lying!) around their awesome onsite test track. She took the time to chat and after the required manager meet and greet, I left with promises to return. No hassles. This morning I went back, armed with the max price I was willing to pay. Yes, there was some back and forth negotiation, that is to be expected. But the exchange with Sonja was pleasant, professional and in the end a win for both. Even Finance was straightforward. James shared the warranty information and presented a fair price. The icing on the cake was Sonja and another employee drove an hour to deliver the car rather have me come back to pick it up. If you are in the market for a nissan, I highly recommend Gerald Nissan Naperville and their excellent salesperson Sonja. Keep in mind, they are a business and the goal of even the nicest dealership is to make profit. Do your research: know the invoice price, special offers and related rules, set a budget and stick to it. I hope your experience is as favorable as the one I had. More

This was my third time buying a new car, and it was the best time because of th January 17, 2015, was a remarkable day in my car shopping experience. This was my third time buying a new car, and it was the best time because of the sales people - Sonja, Howard Krick and James (the accountant); who were so professional and patient with someone like me who has no trust on any sales person. I had met and test drove a Dealer Certified Nissan Maxima, 2013, with Sonja few months earlier, towards the end of 2014, and I promised her that when I finally make up my mind, I would come in for final purchase. Sonja and one of Gerald's managers contacted me, more than once, to check on my car shopping status, without any pressure, but I wasn't ready at the time. When I was finally ready, I stopped at Gerald Nissan just to compare customer service and price on a 2014 Nissan Maxima; after I was treated poorly by another Nissan Dealer the week before. To cut the long story short, Howard Krick, my now favorite sales-man, has been following up with me, answering my questions, washing my car when I drop in, and still helps to educate on all the available options that come with my 2014 Nissan Maxima. Unlike my past experience where sales number was the goal, I will recommend Gerald Nissan of Naperville, to all my friends, co-workers and anyone else, because of the atmosphere, professionalism and customer-friendly nature of the people! -Austin More

I had been shopping for a Nissan GTR for a number of weeks and calling dealers around the country. Time after time I wasn't able to receive a fair deal, be confident of the information I was provided nor feel comfortable doing business from hundreds of miles away. That is, until I called Gerald Nissan. Right from the opening conversation, my salesman, David Webb was courteous, knowledgable and understanding of the importance of my vehicle search. Together with the GM, Anthony Miceli, we negotiated a very fair price for a new GTR. There was nothing confrontational or unpleasant. All parties were very knowledgeable about current market prices and it made for the best all around experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. David really understood how exciting this purchase was for me and did everything in his power to answer all my questions, take pics, help me arrange shipping and ensure I had a fantastic experience. David and Anthony exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the buying process. On top of all of that, David called to make sure the vehicle arrived in perfect condition and followed up to get my thoughts after the first ride. I had the pleasure of meeting them face to face to sign paperwork and I would encourage anyone looking for a vehicle, whether you live in the Chicago area or not, to give these guys a chance to earn your business.
