My wife and I are the types that had to consider all options before narrowing down exactly what we wanted, which required us to go to almost every type of dealer in the area and test drive 10 different vehicles before narrowing it down. In the process, we met every type of salesperson; from nice to rude, and from knowledgeable to someone who certainly shouldn't have even been selling a candy bar led alone helping someone make such a large car purchase. My take: it was very difficult to find intelligent people, who also had great attitudes... however, our experience at both Gerald dealerships in Naperville were amazing and had we chosen the other car brand, we would have chosen their other dealership next. We love our new Nissan Rogue and will recommend Gerald Nissan of Naperville to our family and friends. Lastly, I'm sure we'll be back here for our next car purchase, thanks again Howard! More

All of our cars were purchased @ Gerald Nissan in Naperville. Anthony Miceli, the general sales manager came by and talked with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Buying this Maxima was truly a good experience and working with Boris made things easy. Having Mr. Miceli talk with us gave us a good feeling that Gerald Nissan cares about their business and customers. Great Experience I originally began working with Howard back in January as I was trying to narrow down my choices between different makes and models. He understood my situation and was not aggressive or pushy but let my family and I proceed at our own pace in making our decision. During the past 6 months we had visited Howard on three occasions and each time he was busy with other customers but still found time to work with us. Finally on July 3rd we returned to make our purchase of a Pathfinder. We had been in contact with Howard throughout and found his style to be refreshing and calming. Understanding that I was not the easiest customer to work with, he was very patient with my family and I and made the process as easy as possible. After test driving and picking out the Pathfinder we wanted to purchase, we had it in our driveway within 2 hours. The whole process; price negotiating, financing, etc was the quickest I have ever experienced. I had anticipated spending an entire afternoon at the dealership and was home within hours. I was greeted in the parking lot by Howard Krick and he immediately put me at ease with his easy/non-pushy demeanor. He listened to what I was interested in and had me test driving an Altima within minutes of my arrival. Howard and the rest of the team at Gerald Nissan that were there that day answered all my questions and concerns, and made me an excellent offer on a lease for the Altima. The whole process was fast and as easy as can be. I've been through similar processes at other dealers and they usually seem complicated and take so long.
