I was a previous customer of the dealership and sought Howard out because of an e-mail he sent to me offering his services. He was extremely attentive to my needs in leasing a new Rogue and carefully listened to the features that I value in a vehicle. No hard or up sell while focusing on helping me get the best value in my leasing decision. His responses were thoughtful and genuine making it a lot easier to move forward with the transaction. He worked diligently with his manager Anthony Micelli to secure the vehicle with the exact features that I wanted while delivering at the right price. After completing the purchase late at night Howard willingly drove out of his way the following day to pick me up at home so I could take delivery of my new Rogue. I would heartily recommend Howard to all customers who are looking for a forthright caring salesperson to help them get to the right deal. More

Asking what type of car we want it if my dad was in to technology stuff and I told him something basic. cause I know my dad and he started to show us a couple of suv some rogues and my dad said he want a 4 cylinder car cause he didn't want to pay a lot on the car and won't be able to fit our budget. he gave us some price showed us around and showed us a 2013 nissan rogue in black it had everything my dad want it in 4 cylinder car basic his price range and top of that AWD. my dad loved he took us in side and we start to fill out paper work and we took the rogue home I give Howard 10 out 10 in customer service my dad dosent speak English but he said that he was much surprised how we got help and satisfied we really appreciate it Howard thank you again. Our salesperson was Boris Gerdov and he made sure that we were completely comfortable with the vehicle we had chosen and answered all questions that we had. At no point did we feel like he was pressuring us into buying, and I genuinely feel that he was just as excited as we are about us finding our perfect vehicle. We can't wait to visit Boris again for our next vehicle purchase. More

He respected my space and a couple of months later, I contacted him and said that we were coming in. Howard is a down to earth guy and does not have that stereotypical slickness you may see in other salesman. I have been enjoying my Rogue and am so glad I bought it. More

Deem Collins addressed my problem, one that Nissan ignored Nissan didn't help me out when my car failed on a well known warranty issue because my 72 month warranty coverage expired one month ago, despite only Nissan didn't help me out when my car failed on a well known warranty issue because my 72 month warranty coverage expired one month ago, despite only having 32,000 miles on the car. He lived up to his reviews as he was courteous, informative, and just easy to deal with and no sales pressures. Assisting him was Tom Warner, who was such a nice young man and as well was very helpful in answering many of the questions I had. Tony Miceli is a hands on Sales Manager, informative and personable. Dave Webb was very informative and patient as we went into the finance process of purchasing the car.
