My previous sales rep had left Gerald, so Tony and Yassir introduced me to Howard Krick, and we were off to the races! I knew what I wanted and Howard made sure that I got just that and even a little more! He was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Once I selected my car, he made sure I knew about all the new/changed features on the interior of my new Nissan Murano too. Actually there were two or three others at the dealership were making sure that we had everything covered (including getting my mats and plates from the old car) -- Howard just made sure it was smooth sailing. Greg was very knowledgeable and was able to tell us about the car we came to see, then let us take a test drive. We loved it but still weren't sure if we wanted to buy. Greg was upfront and honest with us when we talked about pricing, and he was patient while we determined what we were able to afford. He went above and beyond to help us through our indecision and meet our needs. This was the first car we've bought as a family, and we intend to come back to Gerald Nissan for our future cars. More
Great finish to a terrible week! I've been nursing along a wreck of a used car for a while now because I thought needed to pay it off before giving it up. This week it finally got to I've been nursing along a wreck of a used car for a while now because I thought needed to pay it off before giving it up. This week it finally got to where the noises were getting to me, and I brought it in to Gerald Nissan to have the Service Department give me the verdict I feared -- it needed an overwhelming amount of repairs just to be safe to continue to drive, and that didn't even address the "nuisance" problems like no heat & air and a rough transmission. I really appreciated their honesty and that they didn't try to talk me into making repairs on that they recognized as a sinking ship. Because of that experience, I looked to Gerald's inventory of pre-owned cars to see if I could find a replacement. This morning I had the great pleasure of working with Greg to get a car that I can actually drive with pleasure and confidence, for a price that I can easily work into my budget. He helped me navigate the hurdles of getting the Death Trap paid off, and making sure I was comfortable with my choices along the way. This potentially stressful situation turned into a happy adventure thanks to Greg and the rest of the friendly staff and Gerald Nissan. I can't thank them all enough! More

Being a freelance photographer, money is tight during the winter and the unneeded stress of making a huge purchase had me in tears when I came to Howard Krick for help. Howie sold both my brother and sister their cars, and has been a family friend since I was a kid, so I knew that he was the only person I could trust would do me honest. As soon as I got to Gerald, he put my worries to rest and immediately got to work in getting me the best deal and a reasonable monthly payment on a 2015 Nissan Rogue. The team at Gerald is wonderful, and I am so grateful for their kindness. I've had the Rogue for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend Gerald Nissan, and Howard Krick, to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Once we told them our bottom line and what we wanted we were able to reach an agreement to satisfy everyone. They explained everything regarding the paperwork and were very patient considering we were there for 2 hours after closing. Overall a great experience for a very nice SUV!! More

A pleasure to buy a car.. for a change. Buying a car is typically a stressful experience and you always feel hounded by the salespeople. Not the case at Gerald Nissan when you are dealing wi Buying a car is typically a stressful experience and you always feel hounded by the salespeople. Not the case at Gerald Nissan when you are dealing with Howard Krick and Tony Miceli. These two gentlemen are real professionals at what they do. At no point did my wife and I ever feel pressured from the moment we stepped onto the lot to the time we drove off with a new car. We were dealt with the utmost respect and honesty. My Wife wanted a sporty model car. We walked in looking at a model of car Howard and Tony knew would not perform the way we expected. Howard and Tony presented an alternate model that they knew would meet our expectations. They were so convinced our 1st choice was wrong for us they refused to sell us the car! What car salesman does that, right? Once we considered the alternate model and took a test drive we couldn't agree with their reasoning more. The 2nd model was indeed the right choice. We ended up spending less money and ended up with absolutely the right Choice. We love our 2016 Maxima SR and in so many ways is the right choice for us.
