Great buying experience I purchased a 2016 Murano from Gerald. From the first internet contact with Kathy Wong, sales consultant Howard Krick , Anthony Micelli , Jason Allen I purchased a 2016 Murano from Gerald. From the first internet contact with Kathy Wong, sales consultant Howard Krick , Anthony Micelli , Jason Allen and Dave Webb the process was really good. This was a special vehicle for my wife and we made some changes in equipment that I would have considered a little extraordinary but they never hesitated to meet our requests. Howard did an exceptional job for us in spearheading our purchase. I live 30 miles from this dealership but I'd go back in a heartbeat because of these people. Oh by the way the car and the price were great! More

Deen and Howard made this shopping experience easy and enjoyable with the end result being a really great car at an equally great price. We expressed to them what we were looking for and they searched and found it for us in no time at all. We love the car and appreciate the quality service provided to us by both Deen and Howard and everyone at the dealership. Gerald Nissan is number one with our family and we will be sure to come back to them for our next car purchase. More
Surprisingly Great Experience I came in looking for a specific vehicle which I had found online at a Gerald dealership, but at Gerald Nissan we located the same year/make/model wit I came in looking for a specific vehicle which I had found online at a Gerald dealership, but at Gerald Nissan we located the same year/make/model with an even better Carfax report. Howard Krick drove me to multiple lots until we found the vehicle. It was a great starter car for my college-age son. We came to an agreement on the price through multiple phone calls and I signed papers the next day. Howard was a delight to work with, genuinely helpful without being pushy. The vehicle needed detailing and touch ups, so I was given a great loaner for a day or two while the work was being done. The service department and several other sales staff were very friendly also. Kudos to this dealership and a great car-buying experience. More

Howard worked with me and he did an excellent job assisting me with my new car. The salesman I have worked with since 2013 which is Greg Queen was not in the office at the time I traded in my car, but Greg and Howard work very close with each other and I appreciate the fact that I can trust and work with these 2 individuals and get great service from them and Gerald Nissan dealership. Great job to the both of you and all of the people that made this happen for me. A special thanks to Jason Allen you are the best. I won't shop anywhere else, a lifetime customer. Never get service here, rip offs!!! My dad purchased a Nissan NV200. They got it imported from another dealer. I thought the cars go through an inspection once they come to a new dealer, My dad purchased a Nissan NV200. They got it imported from another dealer. I thought the cars go through an inspection once they come to a new dealer, but after we bought it, we noticed that the drivers inside lower part of the door's painting is damaged. It is a brand new 2015 vehicle. How could they let this happen. Thankfully they fixed the problem by taking it to a body shop, they did not even offer a loaner though. Missed a day of work. Another issue came after owning the car for about a couple months. The ABS light came ON, and ofcourse i took it to the dealer, they refused to look at it because i did not have an appointment. Well, how can i expect that my ABS is gonna stop working on a brand new frikkin car. I demanded them to take a look at it the same day, and they said that the ABS sensor was cut by someone. Right! Someone is gonna go under that low car and just cut that sensor. Why wouldn't that someone just pop the tires instead? I think dumb service advisers work there, how could they just make up that story? Well, if i would believe that story, then i would have to blame my wife, the car was in the garage, she came out and just cut the ABS sensor, like she really needs to do that. The warranty ofcourse refused to cover the cost of the repair, i had to call the corporates and the service department. And after like a month of calls, the problem got resolved. They ordered the parts, installed it for free. They were trying to charge me 480 and then 80 and i got it down to zero. If you buy from these guys, the service department will try to rip you off, so stay on your word and demand the service for free when you know it wasn't your fault. Just be reasonable. im not telling you to demand free oil change. I wish i knew about this website earlier, this happened like a year ago. Hopefully this helps someone in the future. Just get a Honda instead, why do you need A NISSAN!!!??? and avoid Mark Jillich, he is the rip off dude, and he made up the story about my wife cutting my abs sensor, that dude needs to learn something, and he is rude on the phone. Hey Gerald, maybe its time to retrain him.? More
Would never go again I visited this dealer today R/O number 6268877/1 for routine maintanence on my 2012 Nissan Rogue. I actually moved from another city to Naperville-IL I visited this dealer today R/O number 6268877/1 for routine maintanence on my 2012 Nissan Rogue. I actually moved from another city to Naperville-IL recently and this was my first visit to this dealer. During my last service from another Nissan dealer I knew my rear brake pads will be due for replacement very soon, so I was mentally ready to have it changed once service team will highlight today. To my utter surprise the guy came up with several other issues but no mention of the brake pads. When he brought the inspection sheet for discussions I saw no mention of these. On my inquiry he said the guys have inspected but not reported on the sheet so I asked him to have this evaluated. After a little while he came up with the inspection report highlighting that the brakes are all perfect. I then specifically inquired and he said we inspected them and they are all fine. This naturally shattered my confidence on the credibility of this inspection and I decided not to get any thing else done with them. I have a feeling that they wanted to get more high ticket job with less labour like air filter, cabin filter, battery replacement, drive belt and loose heat shield ( these were the recommended items from the service team) but probably brake pads are more labour intensive and less money they totally ignored. I felt betrayed and now even suspect the report they came up with. Something one never expect from Nissan. Just to let you know I had Murrano and Versa in use too along with Rogue. I never experienced such a non pro attitude before. Nissan to kindly look into this as such practices are unethical as well as jeopardising safety of the driver. More
Amazing service I was out purchasing my first vehicle and was amazed at the level of detail my sales rep. Greg Queen had about the vehicles I was looking at. In the end I was pleased with my decision and would highly recommend Greg to anyone who visits Gerald Nissan. Between him, Anthony Miceli, and Dave Webb I was able to have a smooth fair shopping experience for my first vehicle. 10/10! Thanks Gerald Nissan! More
nothing but headaches Maybe buying a Nissan is easy (I doubt all reviews that state this) but maintaining one with this dealership will give you grief for years to come. F Maybe buying a Nissan is easy (I doubt all reviews that state this) but maintaining one with this dealership will give you grief for years to come. First off, if you don't have an appointment they will send you back home. Second, if you do have an appointment set up online (which is cumbersome) the online system doesn't inform you that the mechanics leave at 4pm. Now you drove there again for no reason. Also, since you don't know that the mechanics leave at 4pm, you won't know that you will have to leave your car at the dealership overnight. There are no shuttles or cars for you to take. You are stuck. At the Valley Honda dealership, I never made an appointment and things get done that day. Open until 9pm. If it takes longer they'll give you a car or shuttle you home. Back to Gerald Nissan, watch what happens if you pull up to the service advisors! They will not even acknowledge your presence and you won't know who to address either. Talking about an awkward staring contest. The service is mediocre as my tire thread seems to keep growing according to their paperwork, lol. Once you are done with the service they hand you the bill to go pay but if you have questions about the performed service you'll have to wait back in line for the service advisor. This is the mother of cumbersome inefficient processes. Some leave the paperwork in your car, some hand it to you with your bill, some staple it to the bill. Plus, my services are identical but somehow cost all different. On top of that, these cars have quality issues galore although that's not the dealerships fault. My Nissan has a wet trunk, which is normal according to the service advisor. It rattles everywhere and squeaks when braking. All totally normal for a 20k mile car. Also, they found thousand's of dollars of repairs on a pristine 20k mile car. Nissan Consumer Affairs told me to flex off. Nissan is nothing but headache, the cars, the dealership experience, the consumer affairs experience and .... the value of the car or the lack thereof. I lost 50% of the value of the car within 20k miles. Add another 25% of the remaining value in mystery repair costs that are not covered by warranty, you'll end up in that dealership more than you want. Save yourself and stay away from these cars. More
