Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a professional at work. I did not walk in with the intent in buying a car, but the more time I got with Howard; the more inclined I became. His experience in sales was far superior than any other salesman I've encountered. His approach was quite relaxed with no pressure from him at all.
