He honored my request and never was a pest, like many car sales personnel and dealerships, for the whole month I worked with him. He let me test drive a couple of Nissan Murano's very thoroughly, and even on my own, but was then available to answer all of my questions. I also had many additional questions that he answered in a timely fashion via e-mail. Howard was never "pushy" and followed up on all requests. He makes buying a vehicle a pleasurable experience! Riding in Luxury I found Gerald Nissan cruising auto internet sites. Went in to see a Nissan Murano but someone had dibs on it when I arrived.
