Exceeded expectations My husband and I came in to get new tires for my Nissan Rogue. As we were parking the car, my husband was taking the stroller out when Byron said “I’m going to take your stroller over here if you want to pull into the service department.” He was genuine and very professional. We browsed around and he worked out a phenomenal deal for us. He was not pushy not did he rush us so he could get the next deal going. He was patient with us and was there every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy!!!! I love my Rogue and am happy to welcome my husband to the Nissan Family! Unbelievable experience Byron Giles went above and beyond to help me and my family. We went to Gerald Nissan to get new tires put on my wife’s car with no intention what so e Byron Giles went above and beyond to help me and my family. We went to Gerald Nissan to get new tires put on my wife’s car with no intention what so ever of buying a new car. Byron greeted us when we arrived but we told him we were there for service so he showed us where to go and even pushed the empty stroller over there so I didn’t have to put it back in the car. While waiting for my wife’s car to be finished (we had a awhile) we walked around the showroom where Byron struck up a conversation with us. Not too long after that I was looking at a few cars and taking a test drive. Byron was very understanding about what I wanted and could afford. Not to mention working as fast as he could because we were there with a 5month old. After a little back and fourth he gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse. I can’t begin to explain how happy we are with how everything went down. And a shout out to the service department for taking care of us so well without an appointment. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More
Great Place to Purchase a Vehicle I called to see what incentives Nissan was offering on purchasing a new vehicle. I was directed to Bryon and I told him that we were interested in a I called to see what incentives Nissan was offering on purchasing a new vehicle. I was directed to Bryon and I told him that we were interested in a Nissan Pathfinder. Bryon immediately asked me what options, color etc. that I was looking for. My Husband and I set up a time to meet Byron that day. He was very prompt when we arrived and took the time to show us the two vehicles that met our criteria an answer all our questions to make sure we were completely satisfied. When we decided to purchase the vehicle he listened to what we could afford and worked with us to achieving taking that vehicle home with us that night. It was a hassle free experience and no negotiating back and forth. Everyone who helped in the process was exceptionally helpful and polite. Did you ever receive a call from the sales person asking how is your vehicle after you purchased it? Well we did. Bryon called and asked us how we liked it and if we had any questions, Our Pathfinder has so many whistles and bells that we couldn't remember what Bryon told us. He offered for us to come back and he would show us again. He wants us to be completely satisfied with the vehicle. Oh one more thing, he set up my fab key, blue tooth, and garage door open before we left that evening which was well after 8:00 p.m. when they closed at 6:00 p.m.. Thank you so much!!!! End of previous lease The lease was up on our current Nissan. The original dealership did not have a great selection so I located several vehicles on Gerald’s website. We were greeted by Byron on the sidewalk upon our arrival. He figured out what we wanted and started locating cars to show us. In between, we worked on numbers and came up with a game plan. We found a car we liked and negotiated a suitable deal. Byron was up front about everything as was the finance guy Kevin. Byron made sure we were comfortable and never left us wondering what was going on. Overall, very satisfied with the customer service. More

And when I was certain I could not afford it and would have to compromise, he worked hard to make a great deal. After the purchase, Byron picked me up from another dealership where I had returned my prior lease, drove me back to Nissan, and spent a lot time showing how all the features of my new car worked and introduced me to their service mechanic. It was apparent that he loves his job and his positive attitude made all the difference. I'll be recommending Byron and Gerald Nissan to family and friends. And I love my Nissan Rogue! More
