Played gimmicks after agreeing on sales price on new vehicle Their rating should be less than 1 the way they treated a new customer and 1st Nissan buyer. Worked with Internet Sales Manager and obtained written s Their rating should be less than 1 the way they treated a new customer and 1st Nissan buyer. Worked with Internet Sales Manager and obtained written sales price and terms that were agreed to by GM. Received email from General Sales Manager confirming the deal on the purchase of 2019 Armada Platinum. When I agreed to purchase, Sales Manager then mandated we had to purchase Gerald Protection for $895. What a scam, Gerald Protection is nitrogen air for tires, wheel locks, door edge guard and door etching (cost maybe $200) and should not be required, but I agreed to pay the outrageous $895 for something I didn’t want. Dealer took a large deposit on the vehicle. When I returned to dealership to sign the sales documents, they started changing the deal and starting getting the runaround. A different Sales Manager finally came over & advised they would not honor the deal unless I finance 100% of the purchase price at a extremely high interest rate. Not sure why anyone would finance $60,000 (That’s crazy). This was the worst experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a new vehicle and would never do business with Gerald Nissan after this experience. I went to another Nissan Dealer and had the most pleasant experience. Within an hour I purchased a New Armada Platinum without any Gimmicks I received from Gerald Nissan of Naperville. More
