Awful experience!!! Lied on every aspect of the deal. Acted like he was in the mafia. Caused stress to myself and to my sales person. My sales person was so embarrassed she just kept apologizing. When I went to the bank to get my down payment they insisted that a sales person drive me to the bank even though I had my own car with me. I was very uncomfortable with a stranger driving me to the bank to get cash. It was a very scary situation. I felt very pressured. I kept asking the driver why I couldn’t go by myself and he just kept saying they want me to take you. It was very bizzaire and intrusion on my privacy. The car was filthy when they gave it to me. This is awful service for everyone who was involved. Left messages for the owner never called me back. Don’t buy a car from this guy or dealership! Not trustworthy at all!! More

Jason Connor at Gerald Nissan was great to work with. I recently was forced into an untimely car purchase as a result of an auto accident. As a single woman, I was dreading the typical car-buying experience. Gerald had the make, model, and year I was looking for, and I was fortunate to work with Jason. He was very helpful: a refreshing, no-pressure alternative to pushy, rude salesmen. He was personable and supportive, providing helpful suggestions and auto-related services in the area. There were a few issues with the pre-owned vehicle I purchased. Personnel turn-over complicated repairs, but Jason helped me work with the service department and management to get them fixed. Overall, I was pleased with my experience with Gerald and Jason. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a pleasant car-buying experience. More
