CHEATERS!!!!! Worst Dealership ever!!! Cheaters!! Here is my experience. Scheduled appointment for test driving 2019 Rogue SL AWD at 6PM Sep 30th. Went to showroom Worst Dealership ever!!! Cheaters!! Here is my experience. Scheduled appointment for test driving 2019 Rogue SL AWD at 6PM Sep 30th. Went to showroom and was greeted by Mr. John who is the sales manager. He comforted me and told Red color was not available but can show me other vehicle and we can test drive it. Test drive went well with the car with premium package and came to desk for the price negotiations. Since red color was not available, But i need red color, John brought me his boss for negotiation. Negotiation started as saying they can bring me the Red color with same options as in the car that was shown to me next morning if i can make the deal now itself. So started with 0$ down payment, 525$/month for 60 month and finally agreed upon 0$ down payment, 490$/month for 60 month. Signed this just a paper where these numbers were written. Now gave the SSN details for credit check and since i had good score all went well. The manager again came with a deal of 458$/month for 60 months if i can take any other color in stock. Since i was very firm with Red color and i am ok to pay 490$ for Red, they took 500$ refundable deposit to lock the rate and locate the vehicle. I got the copy of the Credit check filled paper and happily left the showroom that i got the car with my budget and also the same color.. On Oct 1st, John called me and said that he ocated the vehicle in Glendale heights Nissan and going to pick that. He sent me pictures of the meter which shown 21 miles and VIN number.. I told him that i will come on Oct 2nd at 11AM with my family and take the delivery of the car. Here comes the tragedy, when i went into the showroom on Oct 2nd, John greeted my wife and kid and asked us to wait to bring the car to front. Once he brought we went to see the car and its similar to same car shown to me in test drive but with red color that i wanted..We were so happy that we got the dream car.. We went inside to sign the papers.. John brought the papers which said around 700$ for 60 months.. i got confused and asked that our deal is 490$ for 60 months. he said that rebates changed as this is new month. I understand that the renates change, thats why the deposit was taken and deal was finalizedon Sep30. if the car would have been available i would have taken the delivery on the same day. then he brought his manager who was very rude and he said that he can offer for lease and tried to convince me for lease. this is when i got frustrated and ready to walk away. now they cam e with deal for same 490$ for 72 months.. Really???? this is how you treat the customers? finally walked away getting my deposit back but with a hard enquiry on my crdit file. I asked them to remove the hard enquiry.. will wait and see. Today on Oct 3rd, got a call from thei internet sales team asking me whether i came on Oct 2nd?? Guys, seriously??? So i would definitely give any negative stars to them... No courtesy, No good customer handling...Negaitve stars.... More

I have been looking at trucks for a while and when I saw one that I liked at a Gerald dealership I didn't hesitate to call Howard. He got me the deal and the truck that I wanted. Howard makes the buying process enjoyable and as stress free as possible. I will definitely be back when I'm ready for a new car. More

Wonderful first time car buying experience! My whole family has been coming to see Howard Krick at Gerald Nissan for over 5 years now. My sister got her Sentra and my mom and dad got their Muran My whole family has been coming to see Howard Krick at Gerald Nissan for over 5 years now. My sister got her Sentra and my mom and dad got their Murano from Howard. So when I needed to upgrade my car, I knew exactly where I needed to go! In a process that could be extremely overwhelming I felt virtually stress free. I knew I was in good hands. I did my research prior to going there (Kelly Blue Book, Consumer Reports) and I knew what was a fair vs. unfair pricing with cars and rates. All of their prices were 110% FAIR. I’m from the Indianapolis area, so before I went to Naperville, I checked out TWO dealerships in the Indianapolis area Tom Wood, Unlimited Motors). Both offered outrageous prices for the cars they were selling, low trade in value on my car, and an absurd rate of 10% (and I’m in the high 700s for credit!). So thankful I left the next day to drive to Gerald Nissan. It was worth the 3 hours drive to know I wasn’t getting taken advantage of in the car buying process. Howard was extremely respectful of my budget and asked questions to find exactly what kind of car would fit my lifestyle as well. I ended up getting the 2019 Nissan Kicks and I LOVE it. I’ve had friends and coworkers at the end of a car buying experience have buyers remorse (“why did I buy that car!?”)...I definitely did not experience that. I couldn’t stop smiling on my drive home with the new car! The manager offered me a very fair price (right with the KBB value) for my trade in car. The financing employee helped me find the best rate for my car as well (5.5%...way better than the initial 10% I was offered at the first two dealerships)! Overall, I would rate my experience as solid 10/10! Thank you Gerald Nissan and staff for such a wonderful, stress free experience! More
Fraudulent practise - DO NOT HONOUR THEIR OWN QUOTE Wish I could give a negative rating. This dealer always promises to beat any offer in the market. But... but..... but........they turned out to be a bunch of cheaters. After, negotiating with Angel Eno on a Rogue sport SV (with pro pilot assist) at $265 monthly and the first month at signing and after being repeatedly promised that there will be no hidden charges, we visited the dealership. I always prefer to negotiate over text or email, rather than a phone call. So Angel texted me the offer, including the car VIN. We were helped by Ryan Marks, who took us on a test drive, without even asking to check the driving license (shows how casual they are!). We also, clearly mentioned that the numbers are all done, and we have been quoted an amount. After we came back from the test drive, Ryan wanted to renegotiate with the number and then suddenly he realized he did not have my driving license. He took my driving license away and came back with a piece of paper with an offer, which was way way way higher than the one I was quoted. He refused to honor the quote that I received over text from Angel. When I requested to give me back my driving license, another guy SEAN KASTRATI intervened. He blatantly said that he can give me $265 at signing at $265/monthly, only if I make a downpayment of $4,999. How bizarre is that!!!! For obvious reason I was pissed and I refused to do any further negotiation and asked him to give my driving license back, without wasting both of our time. Instead of giving back my driving license, he kept arguing and took the matter to an abusive level. I hold to my ground and asked what's bothering him to return the driving license, to which he suddenly became ABUSIVE, and YELLED AT MY WIFE "GO..GO...GO... LEAVE THIS PLACE NOW. GET LOST RIGHT AWAY". This happened in front of all other sales associates. To my utter disbelief, none of them tried to calm him down. It all looked pretty normal to them. The behavior was such, that my wife felt physically sick and emotionally drained after leaving the dealership. This is one of its kind experience I had from a car dealer. Next day we went to another dealer, and we closed the deal and drove out with a car on the same day. This is my 4th car in the last 3 years and I repeat, I never have had such experience with any car dealership. I am appalled that sales guys like Sean even work in retail. More

I am not the first time car buyer and have owned several cars from decades. BTW, on the same day I visit many other car dealerships none have this problem, in fact most of them where very nice and polite and showed their car models happily. After horrible & humiliating experience at this dealership I have decided to never visit this place again. More
