I have taken my car for issues covered under warranty 2 times here. Both times they said that my issue was not covered by my warranty. (one time they claimed they could not replicate an issue that I had re times here. Both times they said that my issue was not covered by my warranty. (one time they claimed they could not replicate an issue that I had recorded with my cell phone, but that (cell phone video) didn't count. The first issue involved ambient lighting on my Maxima. They claimed it was an aftermarket part and it wasn't covered. The second time involved sunroof seals, and the person in service told me I had an aftermarket part. Both times I had to contact Nissan USA to confirm that the issues were indeed covered by warranty. Do you really want to have anything to do with a dealer that acts in this manner? More
