Absolute worst service I've ever had in my life. For two years, couldn't diagnose a problem with remote start and continually suggested it was user error instead of ever even attempting to fix it. Took my years, couldn't diagnose a problem with remote start and continually suggested it was user error instead of ever even attempting to fix it. Took my car in for a simple oil change and they forgot to put the plug back in. I got all the way home and found out all the oil leaked out. Called them, they did nothing, denied it, didn't even pay for a replacement oil plug. My car grinds forever now. It was brand new two years ago. Every single time I have left this dealership since I bought my car, I have been furious. More
