As the saying goes "Day late, Dollar short" The opportunity to amicably discus a solution has long passed. I resent your statement that "the impression you received during your recent visit," my experience was not a limited impression, but a statement of fact the statement is nothing more than a deflection and meant to minimize and dilute my negative experience. Please note my purchase took place in 2014 not recently. I came in and spoke with the sales manager who basically said too bad, so sad, "You would take a serious hit on the price if you were to return the vehicle because it did not have everything you say we promised, at least an $18,000 loss" That comment still rings in my ear nine years later. That came from a sales manger who was brazen and unsympathetic. If your a buyer looking for a car remember if it's not in writing it never happened. No matter what the slim ball says! FYI, I am not a chronic or habitual complainer, I have had many good purchases from reputable sales persons. Most recently a 2023 Volvo XC90 Recharge Ultimate from a dealership in Florida,. in contrast a true pleasure. So no thank you and I can only hope 20 people see and pass this message on.
