Thus far As of now every visit I’ve had has been good. Only this time I had a problem with my radio computer screen hasn’t been coming on right away they said As of now every visit I’ve had has been good. Professional and Fun!! :) I purchased my vehicle from another dealership and also had my vehicle serviced at three other dealerships before coming to Hawkinson. My only mistake I purchased my vehicle from another dealership and also had my vehicle serviced at three other dealerships before coming to Hawkinson. My only mistake during this journey is not coming to Hawkinson from the onset. :( The staff is so friendly, yet professional. I ENJOY the time I spend at the dealership. When the weather has changed and my tire pressure goes low, I can stop by and they graciously inflate the tires. The waiting room is SO comfortable and the cookies are DELICIOUS!! :) The carwash provided is almost better than the ones I pay for at the carwash! The parting gift is wonderful! More

Everything was better than promised. I took my Optima in for some recalls that I had received in the mail. They estimated about three hours worth of work and they were done in two hours. I took my Optima in for some recalls that I had received in the mail. They estimated about three hours worth of work and they were done in two hours. They did a multi point inspection and found a couple of additional things that needed to be replaced. My car was returned to me washed and cleaned up and good to go. I have no complaints. I would recommend Hawkinson Kia service and sales to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. More
