I was given a price to approve, then given another one later which added a $45 fee for shop supplies which I disputed and was taken away. They were very courteous and got the recall done in a timely manner. It was the second time I was there for it and they didn't have the part the first time. I could have waited and gotten my oil change and the recall in one trip. More
