I had an automatic starter installed. When I picked up my car, Kim explained how it worked, then another Service Manager went out to my car with me and he answered all my questions as I practiced. Between the two of them, I felt confident when I left the lot. (The new starter was very different from the one on my old 2001 Pontiac). More
